The best dealer on the Isle of Wight if not the whole of the UK. After having shockingly bad service from another garage on the Island, it was so great to be treated properly and I have to say that Keith pulled out all the stops. Fantastic customer service- whilst car went in for 1st annual service the courtesy car was provided with a tank of petrol. I was asked for any issues with my car before it was garaged.Everything was smooth and professional.

On the first day of a 2 week visit to the IOW I experienced some issues with the engine performance on my Suzuki Vitara and a warning light was being displayed. Obviously this was a concern and not the restful break I was hoping for so I contacted the garage. They invited me to pop in straight away and would find time to run some diagnostics. The issue was identified and a temporary fix was applied. For a full repair the car was booked in for the next but one day and a courtesy car would be provided. It all went to plan and I can happily report everything is now exactly as it should be. The way Sam and his team handled everything was excellent, nothing but praise for them,...thx
