R. M.Over the years my wife and myself have purchased a number of cars from Toyota Newport, now Marshall. All the staff are (and have been in the past) fantastic, professional, considerate and courteous. I have never felt pressured or being sold a vehicle that wasn’t appropriate to our needs. Richard Evans (a true professional Who knows his stuff) as always provided us with excellent service and the vehicle/s that suits our needs and budget.
Recently I had cause to discuss a new purchase with Nick, I believed to be the dealer principal, he is an excellent ambassador for the company, a professional and well-informed salesperson.
N. B.Purchased my first Toyota from the Newport branch in 2020, and ordered my new Toyota at the start of July 2022.
Every interaction with all members of staff have been excellent. Everyone at Toyota Newport are friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
Richard Evans has been my sales person for both purchases. He is very good at his job, listening to the customers needs, rather than trying to get a sale.
All my servicing is done through this garage, and I cannot recommend them enough.
L. E.Amazing service from start to finish by Patrick Osmond! Although I didn’t end up buying a vehicle this was nothing to do with Patrick. He couldn’t have done more for me even sending me a detailed video of the car and responding quickly with a quote and offer that was perfect for my needs. I will certainly be recommending people to him in the future and he deserves all the success that will come his way in the future!

r.Great experience here! Mel was very helpful, kept me up to date on the progress of my car. I was amazed how quick the service guys were able to check my car. Local area has some good shops so if your waiting you can get some shopping done. Free WiFi excellent for myself to send some emails while I dropped my car. Mike in parts was super helpful even change the battery in my car key for me after I bought the battery. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

j. 1.From arriving on site to the purchase i was treated politely and efficiently by my sales rep Rory. He did everything he said he would with a smile and nothing was to much. He actually swayed my mind to Toyota as i was stuck between two cars at the time. Everything was smooth, fast and happened when he said it would. I am extremely pleased with the company, the service provided, the vehicle and I am also very happy with the after sales care i have received too. All in all 10/10, cant fault one thing, thank you very much 😁
