Fantastic customer service experience from the first phone conversation to the purchase of the vehicle. They held the car for me free of charge after i travelled a long distance to view and after a bad experience with another garage. Mo was fantastic, the car is great I've had it for just over a year now and i am still extremely pleased. I have recommended this dealership to other friends and family, and I will definitely be contacting them when it's time to change in the near future.

Had the car less than 6 months and had an issue with it, as I bought extra warranty they recommended a garage to use to get it fixed. Took it to the garage, had work done they claimed on the warranty and the car is still throwing the same fault code. Contacted the guys here a couple of times and they’re absolutely not interested resolving the problem. The car salesman Gary was great, the aftercare not so much.

I don't normally leave reviews but after reading some of the negative reviews I would like to give my experience with motorplus newport over the years I have purchased 4 cars from and my son has just purchased a car I have always dealt with mo and to be honest this is the only dealerships where you can walk around without a salesman breathing down your neck and you are trusted to test drive the vehicle without the salesman sat next to you if I had to make a negative comment it would be the part exchange price which seems to be a on the low side but that's part of the experience

Found the staff very helpful and they had a large selection of vehicles most grateful to the staff Mo an excellent salesman answered all my questions regarding the jaguar f-pace after taking my vehicle for test drive I made a deposits to return on Saturday to purchase my vehicle all the way in the county of Wales unfortunate for the sales team at Aylesbury Jaguar showrooms when potential clients call pick up the phone thought for the day have a cell receptionist.

Really happy with the purchase I made. Bought a car from Motorplus recently. Very honest and not pushy salesman. I had to travel over 3 hrs so phoned them first and dealt with Lee who described the car condition to me and told me about all issues meaning I did not have to waste my time. Highly recommend! Really simple and easy experience! Found a car on their website on the Saturday morning and by that afternoon had already test driven and registered interest in the car! Great staff, especially Mo who made the entire experience simple and stress free from the test drive through to buying the car! Great Price for the car as well. Not normally one to write reviews but have to say these guys are top notch. Can always be a little daunting buying a car, worrying about who you're buying from and if they are trustworthy. Recommend these guys 100%. I bought a car from these guys a few weeks back. 3 days later I was having some issues. I live on the south coast of England so couldn't just return to them. They scouted garages in my area, found a good reputable one and got the repairs completed. Paying in full for the repairs directly to the garage. When the issues started I initially worried but one phone call and they were on it! Fantastic service. It's a 250 mile round trip for me but honestly I don't think I'd buy a car from another dealer. From previous experience the big name dealers out there don't care nearly as much as this company do. Thanks guys.

Bought a lovely Golf. Came up on the train from Hampshire, was picked up at the station and was very well looked after. The car was ready with a fresh MOT. Very good place to buy a car. Friendly staff and no awkwardness. All staff members happy to help. The car I bought was already for me on pickup whereas in previous dealerships they try and sell you extras and not give you time to think. My salesman was Mo. Top fella.

I personally cannot recommend motor plus car supermarket enough, I bought a car with my niece and she had a few teething problems (nothing at all to do with motor plus) I called them for advice and the aftercare they gave was superb, I dealt with Nazz who sold the car he was very helpful,he did not hassle or pressure us at all like most sales people, also Acer who helped us afterwards,the support,communication and honesty we received from him and the boss (I can’t remember his name) was fantastic, never have I come across such genuinely helpful people, even down to the way they were with my son who is severely autistic, nothing is ever to much for them. Also an additional 2 members of my family have purchased vehicles from them and they also are very happy. I cannot recommend this garage enough 😃

Got a vehicle from here just over 3 months ago there was a couple of minor faults that are common on the focus, leaking water through vent in rear and steering wheel peeling whiçh were no fault of dealers Matthew sorted asap. Then nearing the end of 3rd month my car deveĺoped a fault with the turbo and we arranged for the car to go into a main dealer for diagnostics and a brand new turbo fitted. The way they dealt with it was very good and I'm extremely happy.

Purchased a Nissan Leaf Accenta. The salesman was friendly and advised the SD card was in the safe as SD cards were high value and would otherwise be stolen. We bought the car and on collection was given a SD card during handover but it didn't work; we were told that the Manager would order a new one. We chased up and returned to get the "new" card, it had to be a NISSAN LEAF CONNECT PREMIUM SD, A Leaf without the SD card won't save radio channels, phone won't retain connection, there is no Satnav, and other restrictions too. It's integral to the cars function. Thankfully Lewis stepped up and resolved the issue causing a delay. Thank you all.

I've bought 2 cars from motorplus since 2013, 1st when they were in cwmbran they were very helpful. After 4 years the car developed a head gasket problem, they took the car back , paid off the finance and set me up with a new car. After 1 year, took it back for the free MOT they promised to do and it needed a few bits doing. They allowed me to take the car away to a garage of my choice and take it back for a free retest. Once it was ready they even cleaned the body of the car for when I picked it up. My father in law has had 2 cars from them and my dad bought one same time as me last year on reccomendatoon. 10/10

In June we purchased a car which after a week had some electronic problems we returned the car to allow them to make repairs after three weeks the problem had not been resolved the Manager Mathew took the original car back and we took delivery of a replacement vehicle, I've read previous reviews concerning Motor Plus and I must state that the treatment we received was A ++++++ I would trade again with this company all the staff we have come into contact with have been super.
