J. V.Family run business full up to the brim with good customer care. Staff extremely knowledgeable of all makes and models of caravans on market, even down to spare and replacement parts. Bought a caravan here a few years ago, would go there when we decide to upgrade.
H. P.Recently bought an Abbey vogue GTS from Scott at Newport caravans. There was an intermittent problem with the fridge on our first trip and we were told to bring it back in which we did. Problem appears to have been fixed but have been told to contact them if there are any more problems. Very happy with the caravan and the customer service.
M. K.Picked up new Buccaneer Baracuda van from Scott on Friday. Hand over was very professional was made to feel very welcoming as you would expect from a sales person.
The difference came when we had issues with the new van, no fault of Newport Caravans, Scott bent over backwards to resolve these whilst we where camping locally b4 we travelled home to Kent.
Cannot fault the service we received and would recommend the team at Newport Caravans.

A.I do like shopping here but sometimes it looks like a jumble sale. The toilets are disgusting need a good refurb.
