If you like ford it's the place to go. Wish wife not bought the van only bought as the seats face each other in the back. Had problem after problem and service is not what I expect. Definitely will not be buying another ford will go to Volkswagen Mercedes pay more yes but the service is better. The old saying you get what you pay for. They all talk the talk sell you it best friend nothing to much and than not interested when have problems.

I brought my ford kuga in to have the sync 3 screen replaced, this was the beginning of June, I’m still waiting ,what is the problem, or have you not ordered it in.I have been given no time scale, please contact me for some update when my car will be done. Come on ford I expect better.

We come in Newport Ford to see if we can have a new family car and we was giving help by a new member (Alex Miller) to help us out and he give us a right car that we asked for and a good one with no problems and it was really to our standards of a family car and he helped us through all the paper work and got the car mot before we had it and it passed straight way and he welcomed us as a customer should be welcomed.
