Last week I had the best possible service I have experienced from a garage ! In less than a week after walking into the showroom in Newport the guys at Premier MG moved heaven and earth to get me into a brand new amazing MG4 . Just completed my weekly drive to work (130 miles ) and the car was a total dream ! Amazing service and an amazing car !!!! = two truly happy customers who with certainly stick with Premier MG for whatever cars we need ! Cheers to Dan, Leigh, Barry and another Dan ! 10/10

Amazing service from beginning to end couldn’t fault the dealership at all. Barry helped us to select a car that was well suited to our needs and budgets which decreased our monthly out goings. We were shown all round the car and was able to test drive our chosen one before deciding that was the one for us. Amazing how Barry matched us up with just what we needed, there was no pushy sales here and it was a really pleasant experience. The finance application was handled by Leigh and again everything was fully explained and we were given the opportunity to ensure everything was right for us. Again Leigh, as Barry had, did not push us in to anything and was very professional and got us just what we needed. Collection of the car was so simple, we had been sent a video of Barry showing us all the cars dials, switches and anything else that would be useful to know. We left with our new MG3 in a stunning shade of red within 2 weeks of entering the showroom to discuss our options. The service from this showroom is exceptional and we wouldn’t go anywhere else to purchase our car. .

Wow from start to finish Dan was Excellent, Patient and Kind also such attention to detail! Especially the personalised video, explaining how everything in my new car works. I have just bought an MG from premier motors Dan is excellent he helped me with everything even helped sort my insurance and because I was nervous about going to the garage for petrol he came with me nothing was too much trouble. I have bought numerous cars from premier but I have to say he is the nicest and most helpful salesman I have come across he explained everything to and told me not to hesitate if I needed him to explain anything again. He is not the typical salesman that sale a car and can’t wait to get you out the door. I’ve come across many. So well done Dan for all your help you are an asset to the company

Very good experience from start to finish in choosing my new mobility car, Barry was brilliant by keeping me up to date with the delivery of car. Barry sent me a video for me to watch to understand a bit more on my MG with the buttons and what they do. On the delivery day of picking up car Barry went through again the basic buttons just to make sure I was happy and understood them, would recommend premier MG Newport Isle of Wight Barry is always at the end of the phone if ever I need to ask a question or I have a problem brilliant service for mobility scheme on choosing the right car for me

I had 4 test drives booked on different EV my second test drive was with MG and I was very impressed with the car Dan took me for a test drive he was very understanding and explained and demonstrated the MGZS clearly I never made my mind up as I had 2 more test drives booked after the other test drive I went back to MG and Dan and ordered my car. But there was a long delay in getting my car but Dan was very apologetic phoning me regularly letting know any progress I felt sorry for him having to keep apologising but when it did arrive I could hear the joy in his voice telling it’s here. Dan has been very professional and helpful Thank you DAN.

Ordered a MG ZS EV trophy long range early November 2021, first time we had bought a new car so it had to be a main dealer. Visited most of the dealers on the Isle of Wight that were offering electric vehicles and found the experience of the show room disappointing. When we visited Premier MG to have a look at the ZS we were given the keys to a MK1 ZS and told go for a drive on our own to see how you get on, no pressure at all from the salesman Dan Mitchard. Was told a newer model was coming out and we could test drive this before making a decision. we opted for the MK2 ZS Delays by MG in production of our car was beyond the dealers control, but we were keep informed of the delays by Dan. When the car was finally delivered to the dealers a video was made by Dan of the car showing all the controls and systems so we could be ready to ask any questions when we picked the car up. Would recommend Premier MG for the sales and service we have experienced so far. Have had the car for a couple of days now and the video has really helped as we took the car on the mainland on the Saturday and referred back to it to see how the MG pilot worked.

We recently purchased a new MG4 from our local IOW Premier MG dealer. From ordering to receiving the vehicle the service we received from Dan was nothing short of first class. We originally ordered a different vehicle however problems with the manufacturers made the expected lead time for delivery too long however Dan did his best to keep us updated throughout our wait. In the meantime the new MG4 was released. We were promptly notified & invited to the showroom to consider the possibility of changing our order as the lead time for one of these would be much quicker. We are now very happy as we prefer this car to the original EV & have already received delivery. Dan was extremely thorough & helpful throughout the whole purchasing process. His friendly communication has been great (including after sales), even making us a personalised instruction video for our car. I would not hesitate in recommending Premier MG IOW to others for great sales & service.

Brilliant experience from start to finish. Dan was exceptionally helpful and could not have done more to help me. He has a lot of patience with what were no doubt some stupid questions I asked about buying an electric car. He also helped with a company to install a pod for home charging. Full of information about how to charge the car and on long distances go for a fast charge. Roughly 45 minutes to get a full charge. Also on the day of collection I got a video from Dan of all the things in the car and what they do which was brilliant as I had forgotten a lot from when I did the test drive. Made me feel a lot better when I collected it yesterday and much more confident driving it home. The prices of the MG,s really surprised me and I would highly recommend Premier MG, Newport, Isle of Wight. Dan is also available for any questions or problems I may have in the future. Excellent sales representative for MG.

Excellent. From my initial enquiry, through test drives, to final delivery of my car, (in approximately 4 weeks overall), everything was managed very professionally. The sales rep - Daniel Mitchard - was helpful and courteous, and allowed me to make up my own mind about which car I preferred (MGZS EV or MG5 EV), trim level and extras, and the finance manager took me through all the steps carefully and thoroughly. I never felt pressured to make choices, and was given all the information I needed to make up my own mind. At delivery, my car was delayed through no fault of Premier MG, but I was kept informed of what was happening, and Daniel delivered my new car to my home. All in all an excellent experience and I recommend anyone on the Isle of Wight who is thinking of buying an EV to try Premier Motors.
