Elaine and Susan are ambassadors for the service side. We have our second Citroen. My only gripe is when they have to order a part, it takes a few days, we took our car in Thursday and the part came Monday. This has always been the case. I had a Peugeot and it took 3 weeks to get a turbocharger from France.But the brands are pretty bomb proof and we're just about to go and see sales about the new C4 that has just come out, it looks great and motoring press like it. I've found Citroen for comfort and tech and Peugeot for the powerful engines. Citroen for us. Hope this helps you. Quentin.

Had to take our C5 in due to the glove box failing to open. Met Simon who was excellent. He told me what he was going to do, did what he said he was going to do and kept me informed over the phone whilst I wandered around Spytty Retail Park. You cannot ask for anymore than that from anyone. Polite, friendly and professional. The only downside is that we have had to order an electric car from another supplier as Citroen's range for us is poor. After 20 years with Citroen we are venturing into uncharted waters.

Me and my mum visited a few car shops before going to peugeot/citroen and I have to say it is a fantastic car shop, prices are great and competitive, we ended up getting a car each, the main thing for me is the sales team weren't pushy in any way, they allow you to take your time with choosing and then if you require help or information they will help you, we dealt with Andrew and we were delighted with the service he gave us both, he made the paperwork a little less boring by making conversation and he wasn't trying to sell everything, he gave us excellent information on both cars and informed us to call him if there are any issues. Overall I would highly recommend this car shop, staff are very professional and not pushy in any way, out of all the car sales places we visited this was the best in my opinion.

I experienced great service and hospitality at Robins and Day and from Jordan who is very pleasant and professional. My car was ready and waiting for me to take out for a test drive. It was thoroughly clean and met all my expectations and requirements. A full run through of the car helped me acclimatise to the new vehicle and the control layout, which really did help on my journey back home. The handover process was carried out smoothly with the minimum of fuss. All in all a really good experience, and although it was a long day for me it ended up being a very good and enjoyable day. Competitive prices which was important to me as budget was a big factor. Absolutely first rate service from Jordan, who listened and understood what I was looking for and gave great advice without being pushy. Servicing staff were very friendly and helpful, courtesy car was provided when booked in advance and had some fuel let in from previous driver. Prices aren't the cheapest but then are never going to be at a main dealer, happy with the service provided though.

Purchased a 17 plate 208 GTI and collected the car Thursday 23rd of July. I've probably driven it 35 miles total since then and already got a Engine Repair needed and Engine maintence light. Sounds like the fan or intercooler was going on for 10 minutes after the vehicle was turned off, slight loss of power when in second gear. Hopefully this will be resolved tomorrow Monday 27th so I can update this review. Edit - Took the vehicle in and it was a engine misfire. They took the car in and returned the same day. Almost 2 months on and so far I've had no more issues, so the review has been updated.

Booked an 8am slot to service my car. No one on the service desk at that time! 1 chap came in soon after, another 5 mins later still in coat clutching his lunch. 3 other people waiting . Went to pick up car at scheduled time. Sat staring at my car in parking bay for 30 mins whilst the paper work came through. Supposed to be a professional company. Extremely disappointed.
