Arranged well in advance but would have appreciated a call a day before to confirm times you would collect the car. I asked if car would be cleaned and was told yes but again it just looked like a damp cloth was run over it as you can see smear marks on the paintwork. Lastly I’ve just had an email saying service is due - might be good to have checked and consolidated as I don’t live near, and rely on the car.

Excellent service, MOT and car returned cleaned inside and out. My only suggestion is that a courtesy car should be a free part of the service as it does add to the cost - car £20+ insurance £15 and additional petrol £15 as I did not wish to be charged £1 a mile - £50 extra.

From start to finish, booking the in the car and full explanation of works carried out . All staff was excellent polite .

The booking system was very straightforward and someone rang me back later the same day to confirm details and book the car in. The garage offered to run me back to my home address without me having to request it. The garage kept me updated about progress and a technician took time at the end to answer extra questions I had and demo some things. I was really impressed with the level of service.

I was a little early for my Service appointment, so was offered a coffee and a seat in the very comfy lounge area. All the staff were very polite and accommodating, my curtesy car was ready and waiting and very nice. They sent me a video of my MOT, which i must say was amazing, such a personal touch and very interesting. I received a phone call when my car was ready and once again all the staff were very polite and professional when i went to collect it. I would also like to say how impressive all their COVID precautions were too. Thank you all so very Much.

Fantastic - Absolutely a 5 star Experience Just Taken delivery of our Brand New MINI John Cooper Works, could not have asked for better service from the whole team at Snows IOW....from the moment we first made contact to the time we finally took delivery....they even organised out Hover crossing and the ferry to get the car back to the mainland. Our sales executive, Phil Clarke was amazing...knows absolutely all there is to know about the MINI product...he kept us informed of our cars build status through regular calls and video messages...he even let us know the exact day the car was built at the factory. I have used Snows for many years now. I have always received a first class service. They collect my car, do the necessary work and return it to my home. They keep me fully informed of any additional work required by phone and also send a vehicle health check video made by the technician carrying out the work. All the staff at Snows are polite, confident and helpful.

Although the Showroom is currently closed due to Lockdown. Phil has been most helpful and supportive during this difficult time by telephone and email. He has quickly answered all my questions regarding the Mobility Scheme, which is all new to me and will be my first car on the scheme. We had a ‘virtual appointment’ online (this was a lot easier than what I thought it was going to be) to go through the exact spec, necessary paperwork and what happens next. So now, I am looking forward to picking up my Mini Countryman at the end of March.

Snows BMW Isle of Wight were fantastic because the level of service was very high. Charlie was very kind and professional, he explained everything very well and let me test drive the car for a good period of time. Once I ordered the car he kept me informed of progress by phoning me every 2 weeks, even when I was on holiday. He has also contacted me twice in the 3 weeks since I picked it up to make sure I am happy and getting on well with the car and offered for me to go in and go through any controls I don’t understand. Brilliant and friendly service. I would highly recommend.

I bought an approved used mini after the lockdown due to COVID-19 as soon as car showrooms reopened. I knew the car would be in tip top condition because it was coming from a BMW Mini main dealer. I began by showing my interest in the car via Lucy online chat. Gave her my details including my old car’s details for part exchange. David from Snows IOW contacted me by phone with a very fair quote for my p/x and answered all my questions regarding the car I was buying. Everything was done online or by phone, via David, who led me through everything else that needed to be done. I picked the car up on the date arranged via Portsmouth/Fishbourne ferry (paid for in this instance by Snows) I didn’t get out of the car at any stage until I got to Snows Mini IOW. David and I socially distanced and he made sure all surfaces were cleaned and as clear as possible from any diseases before I got in and drove off. I cannot thank David enough for the service provided by the dealership. It was outstanding. I would certainly buy from them again and recommend them to anyone. Had no doubts about giving a five star rating.
