Service is just as brilliant as when I bought my first car with Snows last year. This time I wasn't sure what I wanted- Zoe and John were so patient over the two weeks I was viewing cars and were able to help me narrow down to the perfect one. Nothing was ever to big to ask and there was always my coffee of choice waiting for me when I walked in! I taked about their service so much my partner came to have a look and we both drove off with new cars a few days later. Would highly recommend going in for a chat because you never know what deals they can do and there is never any pressure to buy!

From the initial enquiry everything was dealt with efficiently, politely and quickly - the whole deal including my part exchange was done in 5 days. Nina was great, sending a detailed video of the car before we jumped on the ferry for a viewing and test drive. Thereafter negotiations were fair, professional and transparent. I'm very impressed with the service received to date and the whole experience has proved that there are some nice sales people out there!

It is a good place to get your new car. From the enquiry of the vehicle, to the test drive of the vehicle, and finally to the signing of the final documents, Jake will patiently help you with any questions you may have at any step of the process. Communication was prompt and efficient. The location is probably one reason why this may not be the best place to purchase a new car, but if it's a trip stopping by to buy a car would be a great choice.

Having purchased my present car from Snow's ‘Too good to auction' Isle of Wight branch, I feel that I must pass comment about what my experience as their customer has been like. Bought during the Covid shut down, I decided to place an online deposit to secure it, which was very easy to do. A test drive confirmed my choice. The Volvo has been an absolute delight. A couple of small issues in the first month or so were rectified quickly and without fuss by Malcolm Norman, as well as Jade and Vicky, who in my view have supplied the best after sales service that I have ever experienced in my life of buying new and pre used cars. Only one other issue with the car had shown itself and this was an intermittent cabin-heating fault. This required several investigations by workshop technicians. All through that time Snow’s were supportive and pro active in arriving at their ‘best case resolution’ to my complete satisfaction. A special mention must go to Malcolm Norman for his personal input and work into providing a really superb customer experience for my purchase. It is because of the exemplary service that I have received that I feel able to wholeheartedly and unreservedly recommend ‘Too good to auction’ and the staff of the Isle of Wight branch.
