Well what can I say, Jack in sales treated both myself and my wife like VIP. We are very pleased with the car (see picture!) and the level of service from Jack and Mini garage in Newport. Made the whole experience memorable and exciting, so excited was the wife - she couldn't sleep the night before we picked the car up. We will definitely be returning in 3 years time.

I have recently taken delivery of a new Mini Cooper S Sport from Sytner Mini in Newport. The whole experience from date of ordering went very smoothly and the car arrived early. All the staff at Newport were extremely helpful and I had regular updates. Being new and settling down to the UK, one of the essential is getting a car for the family for mobility. Browsing on the internet we were spoilt with choices and the experience to convince UK car dealers on our genuine intention for the acquisition was nightmare. As we walked from the car park to the Mini showroom we we met by Subhan Atif who welcomed us to Sytner Mini at Newport and politely asked how he could help us; what a perfect start to our quest for a new car! When Subhan was informed we were looking at a Mini Countryman he promptly showed us the model in the showroom and comprehensively described the cars attributes. Then over coffee he took us through the options for both the classic and exclusive models. While James Chesworth valued our Land Rover for part X, Subhan took us on a test drive. Subhan then searched the Sytner new car stocks and found the perfect model for us and we concluded the perfect deal! I dealt with Miles at the showroom when buying my Countryman. He was very good, extremely helpful and I didn't feel under any pressure to buy. He spent the time searching for the car I wanted and made sure that I was really happy with the deal before I left the showroom. When I collected the car there was a big reveal. I drove from Northamptonshire to Wales today to pick up a high spec, used mini. I can't praise this dealership any higher, they we're absolutely amazing, fantastic customer service that went above and beyond, even down to giving me a homemade snow survival kit. Another amazing experience today. After waiting 2 hours in BMW to be told they can't work on my car (even though I booked it in) because they don't have time, I walked to MINI where Dan told me to go back and say it was unacceptable. The BMW worker responded by saying they couldn't do anything about it. I went back to MINI and Tilly (I think that was her name 🙈) walked over with me to BMW and sorted everything. The computer retrieved all the information it needed from my key fob so I know I don't have to worry about my brake pads etc. The whole process was completed in just over an hour and when I went to collect my car, I found it had been washed.
