The level of service from the team here is second to none. I was looking for a bigger car for my family and they had the perfect car, all details sorted quickly and I drove away about 30 minutes later in a new car! Acre Lane has been my garage as long as I've been on the road, which is just over 8 years now, Their service and customer care is absolutely top-notch, and they're always happy to help, Any time I've been forced to go to an alternate garage for whatever reason, the service thus far has never been quite as good as Acre Lane, I'll be going there as long as they're around, and recommend that you reading this do the same!

Been using this garage for a few years now, wouldn’t use anywhere else and 100% recommend, anytime i’ve had a problem they’ve found it and fixed it, never had to take my car back for the same issue. They also have excellent customer service I wish everywhere was like them, they remember you and treat you like a valued customer.

I travelled from Western Scotland to get a vehicle from Acre Lane, having first got in contact with Maxx. The vehicle suited my needs to a tee and, after a couple of overnight trips, came away with my new vehicle. Very friendly staff when I bought a car here. Immediately felt friendlier than many other places I called about the cars they had available. As I was travelling from a little distance away they made extra efforts to make sure their warranties were useful and to keep me updated to prevent a wasted journey. Unluckily the car had an issue two days after buying but after calling up the garage they were able to give me good advise and help fix the issue overall! Great outfit I can wholly recommend.

Fantastic customer service from this lovely family run company. John was understanding and helped find me a car I was happy in after explaining my issues with a previous car. Extremely satisfied with the service I received here. Very knowledgeable about the vehicles in stock. Despite being busy took the time to greet us. Arranged for a test drive very quickly and gave me opportunity to visit the other dealerships that I had planned. No hard sell, just open and honest service, the vehicles will cost a few hundred quid extra, but it is well worth it for the pre sales service and maintenance the cars are given, and the outstanding service that is provided, which I have never before experienced in car sales.

Bought a citigo as a surprise present for my eldest granddaughter a week ago. John Moore was so friendly, professional & helpful. I didn’t feel, nothing was too much trouble for him . John, kindly arranged the delivery of this car to my granddaughters home, complete with pink bow ribbons I’d bought for it. We took our old beloved C4 to be renovated. Despite it being French (LHD) and more than 12 years old, nothing has been too much trouble and throughout the whole process , a realistic commonsense approach to cost and excellent communication have been the hallmark of this garage.
