Unusually a very pleasant experience. We're so used to cars sales staff being quite heavy handed with the hard sell, Courtney was very polite, listened to what a very demanding customer (the wife) was looking for and was open & honest about what he was able to us and the situation regarding the current delays and with new cars. Having gone away to think about it, we had no second thoughts about going back to order my wife's new car. I hope this wasn't just a one off.. Thank you very much.

I haven't yet purchased a car as still deciding but I have had communication with a girl called Chloe and she has been really thorough and friendly. I have autism and asked for no phone calls just emails and she has kept her word and emailed me. She has also made me personal videos of some of the cars. If I end up choosing a car here, I will be asking for Chloe only. I am quite indecisive with my condition but she has been very patient. Thanks

Very helpful staff both before and after I said I was looking for a motability vehicle. Very honest about current delays due to chip shortages. Showroom was well lit and with good disability parking plus plenty of seats inside.

Clean, great service from the staff. Well laid out, spaced out desks reducing contact, air conditioned. Would recommend if buying a new or used car.
