We recently purchased a grand California from Vindis Northampton van centre. Tom was absolutely first class from our first meeting to handover. Every email I sent ( and there were quite a few) he responded to promptly and efficiently. Every question asked was answered professionally and with knowledge, and when Tom didn’t know an answer he made sure he found out the correct detail regarding the question. I have complete faith that any issues that may arise in the future would also be dealt with quickly and efficiently. Jon too was very helpful and also a pleasure to deal with. All in all a great team and a refreshing change to the usual car salesmen I normally encounter. I would not hesitate to recommend Tom and his team at Vindis. 10/10

Really good team to deal with. We bought a used van. Was looked after by Jon in the sales team who was able to answer all our questions. All emails and phone calls answered quickly. Jon gave a very comprehensive hand over of the van on exchange day. Overall very happy.

Everything went very smoothly and the team worked well together to communicate everything in advance and during the day. The job was completed on time and for the quoted cost. And my van was very well cleaned both inside and out! Special call out to Lewis for his friendly and professional approach- really helps the overall experience!

My van was in for an engine management light a couple of weeks ago and I was getting frustrated as the parts were not available and I couldn’t understand why. I came down and a man came out to speak to me, he was the workshop controller called Dave or Dan (he had a tattoo on his neck) who was straight to the point and explained exactly what was going on. I went from leaving a 1 star review to a 5 star because of his honest and professional approach. Thank you Dave, or Dan 😁

What can I say about the service at Vindis Van centre, absolutely out of this world really took it to the next level! Andrew really knows his stuff when it comes to Volkswagen standards what a delight on the front desk always goes that extra mile, the manager Hayden so professional and polite brings the loan vehicle straight outside for me and made sure it was covid-safe after deep cleaning it before I enter! The dealership as really changed it’s standards from my previous visits in the past Hayden and Andrew really made it brilliant and the guys in the back who fixed my vehicle first time with no issues can’t fault the service! Keep it up!

I brought my caravelle in as a waiting job and when I arrived the two service advisors were really busy so i was concerned as I had to be somewhere, the salesmen greeted me and said they shouldn't be long. Lewis was on a call at the time, then a guy called Dan from the workshop control came out and asked if i had been seen to. He quickly took my name and found a job card, made me a coffee, and showed me to where i could sit and got my van started straight away. Very impressed with the service I can see why your so busy.

I wish to extend my thanks to Andrew Singh and Lewis and Daniel as they provided exemplary customer service today. Andrew has been instrumental in helping me with the van in the past and today he assisted once again, when gravel became caught in my braking system. I called the van centre and spoke to Lewis, who signposted me to Andrew. I explained that I could here a grating sound from the front tyre, at the time I did not know why. Andrew advised that I drive to Vindis and he and his colleague Daniel quickly diagnosed and dealt with the cause of the problem. I waited in the reception area and was very pleased with the friendly and efficient service. I always take my VW Caddy to Vindis Northampton as I purchased it from the team and I trust them to take care of it and to advise as and when it requires remedial work to keep me and my business moving. What a pleasure at Vindis walked in with no appointment for a tyre light and a AD BLUE top up, literally walked in spoke to Andrew Singh on reception and what a delight to deal with sat me down in the waiting area with a hot cup of coffee took my Caddy straight in sorted the light and AD BLUE by the time I finished my coffee what service from him highly greatful and will be sending a letter to Vindis head office for the service received. Ordered from Vindis Northampton several times now for my business despite having 2 other VW Van Centres closer. Always deal with Tom who always gives first rate service time and again. I've used several different VW Van Centres over the years and will be returning every time I need to order. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I was dubious about going to a main dealership to look for a new van but i am so glad i did. It came at the worst time with the whole COVID situation but the online team constantly kept me updated. As soon as they could, someone got in touch to ask what i required. James and Tom were both on hand by email and phone to help me with all of my enquiries. The professionalism and service was 5 star, recommendations were based on what i needed, not the biggest price tag. Very happy with my van and the after sales service i have received.
