Bought my car three months ago. So it is now out of warranty. The car a Golf 1.6 TDI has performed beautifully . Economical, fast, comfortable, low mileage and best of all no road tax. The car came with a new MOT and service. The car had a couple of small faults that were easily fixed without a fuss. Very friendly staff. Happy with the service I got. When I saw the car advertised on Autotrader, I spoke to Emanuel, who took it straight off the market when I mentioned I was very interested and without a deposit. He dealt with the pre purchase admin. He sorted out many aspects of the car and had it serviced at Porsche Norwich before the purchase. Very pleased with their service and Emanuel’s honesty.

Bought my first owned car back in October 2020 which came with 3 months warranty, a service & MOT from the garage. A couple of weeks later a red engine light came on, called the garage up and they asked me to return the car to them ASAP so they could sort it and gave me a hire car in the meantime. I then had a few minor issues with the sensors but also my engine coolant fluid was leaking, they got me in when they could due to Covid and fixed the issues for me. Emanuel always very helpful, quick to respond as well as reassuring. Would recommend this garage.

Great experience purchasing my new car, bought a Volvo v40 cross country, the service I received was first class. I travelled 4 hours to collect the car and it was well worth the trip. The vehicle itself is exactly what I had hoped for. Unfortunately I've had one or two minor issues since then (just down to bad luck) but the team there have been brilliant and taken care of everything really quickly, and they talk me through my concerns to give me full peace of mind. Struggling to see how this company will have got poor reviews. I was trading down my lovely Jag XE as needed funds for house projects and had called a few dealers about trade in value and was getting the usual Jobs worthy response about things are tight yada yada. Jason didn't quibble or haggle despite the routine car park knocks my car had. No hard sell for the immaculate Peugeot 508, straight honest answers, didn't even drive it because of a snapped coil spring ..these things happen. made the deal and drove away a week later. No nonsense and when i asked for them to replace the coil on the other side; it was done FOC even after i offered to pay for the spring. Top bloke , great service. knowing the wide range of cars they do I wont hesitate to go back to upgrade in a couple of years. Don't be put off by the chaotic trade park untidiness.

I must admit I cannot fault Brooke MOT Centre for their level of service. I purchased a Volvo C70 from them at the end of May and they have been most helpful throughout, particularly throughout the challenging times we've faced. I had a couple of small issues with the car initially, but the guys bent over backwards to rectify and have the car in tip-top shape for me. Jason even kindly sourced a missing key protector for the drivers door and had it sprayed and installed. I will happily be using the guys at Brooke MOT for forthcoming servicing and MOTs and if needed in the future, another car from them.

I have just purchased a fiat Panda from here by doing the whole business remotely in these difficult times, I have to say Emanuel has been brilliant, he responds to email very well even after close of business and late evening to late in the night. For a sales guy to do this is amazing how many dealers can you say who will email you up to 11pm at night not many I bet... This is commitment and brilliant customer service. Another plus point Emanuel offers free delivery to your doorstep you don't have to leave your home which is a brilliant service to offer, how many dealers offer this type of service very few even a main dealer don't deliver hardly, for the service these guys offer is brilliant. Myself and my wife bought a Ford S Max from Emanuel 3 weeks ago now. As promised a quick note to say how happy we both are with the vehicle. After 3 weeks wait we were getting a little bit impatient but all work was completed before delivery as promised, new brakes, alloys refurbished, a new clutch fitted as it had a high bite point on test drive. I bought a car from this dealer in july 2017. I noticed the air con wasnt working, and they replaced with no hassle under the warrentee that came with the car. Recently the alternator siezed up over the weekend, so i called them to see if they could fix it. They managed to fit the work in on the monday. Very impressed. Bit if a trek from Norwich, but reliable mechanics and service, and use if courtessy car if they have one. Won't be going anywhere else now, as trust worthy garages are hard to come by. Would highly recommend. They have always gone out of their way to help my mother in law aswell, when her battery in her car died lately, one of the mechanics popped round and fixed it for her.

We decided on a lovely Audi A4 which came with a 12 month MOT + service and 3 months Warranty. 5 star service thanks to Emmanuel who ensured that the sales process our Land Rover discovery 4 went very smoothly. We were very pleased with the customer service, the responsiveness when we called, and the attention to detail in all aspects. The car was reserved for us on the day we saw the Autotrader advert, and there was no unnecessary pressure sales tactics. We were told very clearly which of the cosmetic faults could be fixed and which ones could not. Also on a personal level, a very pleasant experience. This is how car sales should be done.
