I have had my car for over a week now and I am delighted with it, I had a fantastic hassle free experience dealing with David. I wanted to down grade my car to a little run around as I dont need my car for work anymore and my car just wasnt getting the use it needed. I bought my Vauxhall Adam from him and exchanged my Corsa, not only did I get a fantastic little car which I love with a whole years MOT, he also sorted out paying the finance off which was a bonus and something I didn't need to worry about. Everything about the transaction was fast, efficient and friendly with no BS or salesmen tactics so I would highly recommend buying from him.

Very happy with purchase. We purchased a used Kia from David James Cars. We travelled from London and discussed the details on the phone before we went to see the car. I had read issues with MOT not being done before purchase so was a little worried at first however David James Cars did the MOT before purchase as promised. Once done we went and collected the car which was as described. Overall very reliable and trustworthy and really impressed with the excellent customer service. I would like to mention the gent that was cleaning the cars whilst we were there. We had a chance to see him working whilst David James was with another customer and I have to say we were really impressed at the attention to detail that was being put in whilst cleaning the cars. I would love to clean all my cars with that much attention to detail. The car we purchased was clearly cleaned in the same way and felt like a brand new car.

We bought a Fiesta from David James Cars 8 months ago. We were very pleased with our experience at this garage and we have been very happy with the car. AFTER we bought the car, they fully serviced it ready for collection. (Because garages don’t do this work until you buy the car!) Today we took the car to our local garage and it passed the MOT first time with no advisories. We recommend David James Cars.

Good clean cars. It's been a week since we purchased our car from David James. We are delighted with it, a quality car with good mileage. An existing mot in place till April but he put new break pads and discs on plus cam belt and water pump, then handed to us with an inspection service. All the cars on the forecourt looked very presentable and of a reasonable price.

We'd been looking for a Clio or 2008 for the wife for some time but had some very poor experiences with main dealers such as Evans Halshaw. So when we saw what looked a lovely 2008 for sale here we were a bit anxious. Good to say though that the car was actually better than I'd hoped for, plus no pressure to buy, really relaxing experience. Great price and service. So what I'm saying is this is a guy you can trust and who will look after you, not like most dealerships which are only interested in selling. Now had the car a month and the missus loves it. Happy wife, happy life!!

I've just purchased a vehicle from David James Cars and was extremely happy with the service I received and the quality of the vehicle. Initially, when I was searching the internet for vehicles, I saw the previous one star review on David James website and was obviously put off by this rating. However, reading the reason why the disgruntled customer had awarded this poor rating, I was amazed! Common sense tells you that a garage is not going to put a new MOT on their secondhand cars until they are at the point of sale!!! Awarding a 1 star rating and writing such a review must surely have unjustly damaged the reputation of this garage and likely caused considerable financial loss to the business. I'm sure I'm not the only potential customer who was put off by the one star rating but I am VERY pleased that I decided to visit the garage. David James was extremely fair, helpful, friendly and the vehicle was presented in first class condition. If I was David James, I would certainly be considering legal action to recover potential loss of business due to what was written in the previous review. Surely this would be viewed as libellous? Why does Google allow this to happen I wonder? Anyhow, I was very pleased with my experience at this garage and would have no hesitation in recommending David James Cars to anyone else. Thank you David!

david is fairly old school when it come to car sales and comes across as genuine. we bought a van and have been very happy with it. david was very helpful. we will certainly buy from him again.

Purchased from here today. David was helpful, approachable and explained the work, MOT and service work that would be done on the car prior to handover. Not sure what the other reviewer is talking about with not trusting them to do a MOT before handing over cash? That's what a deposit is for! You pay the rest at handover once the works been done and means you get a bit longer run on the MOT Anyway, David was helpful, answered all our questions and was negotiable on price. We also wanted a tow bar and Bluetooth fitted so he set us up with some local companies to get this work done at a decent price. Clearly local knowledge and network is far more useful than the big companies who just want to get you processed as quickly as possible and dont give a stuff about the after service! A good, local independent garage to use. Would recommend

Have no complaints at all. Would recommend David to anyone. In fact I will return to David when I want another car. Can’t say more than that. As we sayin Norfolk a good o’l boy.
