I really trust Duff Morgan as feel they look after me and my Citroen. Very professional, thorough and communicative, and with friendly staff and very reasonably priced! Going by my experience (e.g. a recent level two service) I think it is a myth that the main dealerships are expensive. Happy to recommend!

Over the last couple of weeks I have visited Citroen dealer in Norwich norfolk , Duff morgan . looking for around for a new car or nearly new used . looking for a pacific model and colour . I met a salesman called Mr Samuel Green . I have to say this guy is absolutely amazing . he welcomed me into the branch offered me a drink and listen to my requirements , We walked around all the cars outside and spoke about the different options , nothing was too much of a problem for him . I really liked his attitude towards the me and other customers , Mr Green genuinely cared about what was best for my needs and what I was looking for . honestly it's definitely the best policy and it showed in this case . fortunately on this occasion the car I was looking for they didn't have at this branch as I was looking for a small car with an automatic gearbox which is really rare to come across these days but if it wasn't for that I would definitely purchasing a car from him and maybe in the near future if one was to come up . never Say Never is my motto . I would like to wish mr Green all the best , you really do your job well customers should be queueing up for you .. many thanks Great service and hopefully we will meet again ..

This place cannot be faulted for customer service, quality of work, pricing or convenience. I had travelled from Northampton and noticed an issue with my brakes. When I was offered the opportunity to get the problem sorted the very next day, I was incredibly surprised and grateful. The work was done within the day. Very helpful staff in the parts department. Needed to take the trim off to be able to find which kind of switch I need in the tailgate. They told me which trim clips are reusable and which break when trim removed. Only sold me the bits really needed, and even offered a cheaper alternative which fits just as well.

We had dropped off a courtesy car that we had had for 7 weeks because our original car cut out whilst you were driving. But to their credit they gave us a new car in replacement on the same price and service plan. Also they were very professional.

Needed some wiper blades for my C4 Mk2. Halford’s didn’t have stock and were quoting almost £60 a pair. Duff Morgan had originals on the shelf, £39, and a mechanic popped out and fitted them for me. Lovely!

Purchased first car from Duff' in 2007 then went on to buy a C1 for my wife. Recently I bought our 5th car from them. Servicing, repairs etc is made easier with courtesy car, while you wait and I think even a collection service. Any small problems I've had over the years, have been satisfactorily dealt with. Had a service on my citroen c1 cleaned my car inside and out . Serviced it on Saturday and lent me a car. All good until I got the bill . Way to expensive. They tried to justify the bill because there were a main dealer. My 2012 xf jag was served at jag main dealer cleand in and out on Saturday for £45 more .c1 -jag won't go back.
