I sold and bought a Fabia. The sale was dealt with by Jack Lawrence. He helped me through the process calmly which is what I needed. He explained things patiently and logically. It was a slightly more complicated transaction than some as it was a trade in to another family member.. But Jack just got on with it all brilliantly and at every stage made sure I was understanding it all.. Thank you Jack. If there were 6 stars you would get them!..

I have owned several cars from many manufacturers since I learned to drive. From Fords and Fiats to Volkswagens and Vauxhalls. However since I have owned a Skoda (4 years now) and had my car serviced by Skoda Norwich - Wingate Way I can honestly say that the service I have received in maintaining the vehicle here is the best I have ever experienced. No passive aggressiveness (we cannot find a fault today sir), attentiveness and extremely high levels of customer service and attention. The showroom and environment is 1st class and my vehicle is always looked after (and cleaned!). Any other car dealer would do well to model themselves on them.

MOT carried out. Motability car. Car picked up and dropped off. First MOT. Jaime in servicing is the reason for the 5 star rating as MOT resonalby straightforward. Warm, friendly and highly professional. Communication line consistently good throughout the MOT process. Very helpful and customer care was evident at all times, and refreshing to be looked after in a way which should be the "normal" in the servicing arena but often isn't these days.

We bought an approved used car from Liam at Robinsons Skoda and it was without question the best car buying experience we have ever had. From the moment you walk through the door you are made to feel welcome. The receptionist greets you politely and with a smile. You are directed to a comfortable waiting area while waiting for a member of staff. Refreshments are also offered. I have only dealt with the service staff. They are a credit to the company. The cost of servcing is reasonable and a detailed explanation of work carried out is given. You also receive a video via text/email of any additional work that is required or has been carried out. The car is then valeted before collection. They have not kept me waiting beyond their expected time of completion. I would recommend Robinsons to any Skoda owner.
