Recently bought an XC40 from Holden Volvo and we can not praise the service received any higher!. From our initial visit all staff were friendly and extremely helpful, taking time to talk us through all options and answering our many questions. The salesman was not ‘pushy’ at all, answered our questions by email after our visit and remained patient and helpful despite our questions and many changes to our order. We got a great deal with all the options we wanted and throughout the order process they kept in contact regularly. We even received the car a week earlier than planned. We will certainly be using them again for all services in the future.

Had an issue with my Volvo D40 countryman , although my warranty had just expired I decided to call Holden Norwich directly & I must say they were amazing! Nothing was to much trouble everything was explained & they covered all costs because it was a manufactures fault even though I was just out of warranty And a big Thank you to Kelly who was the receptionist with brilliant knowledge of Volvo”s Thankyou everybody at Volvo but especially Kelly I can see how Volvo keeps it good name with it’s impeccable aftercare Julia Butler

Very difficult to organise a service for my volvo. Tried to book online via Volvo Cars. Couldn't get through to the service dept and ended up speaking to someone at Bamboo who deals with requests when busy - who knew nothing and told me wrong information. After sending a message of complaint to the garage, I eventually got hold of a helpful person who apologised and sorted everything out.
