Thanks to Ian for your patience whilst I decided whether to take a leap into the e-car world. Once I sorted out the EV charger and educated myself on the pros and cons, the time felt right to step into the e-car market. The perfect colour for me was available and with some bonus discounts and excellent customer service, I am very happy. Thank you Holden Renault for great customer service and not being too pushy and letting the customer make the decision at their pace. I would highly recommend you.

My experience of purchasing my first Hybrid car from Holden Renault was excellent due to the knowledge and care taken by Ian Turner, he answered my many questions (and I mean many) in full. He walked me through the whole process and kept me fully informed until my car was received. When I collected the car he took the time to go through all the functionality, he was very reassuring to someone who was quite nervous about going from a manual gearbox to an automatic. We walked into the showroom on Saturday and spoke to Jake B. He was great and showing us what we wanted felt at ease talking to him. Once we decided on buying our Duster he didn't try to unnecessarily sell us extras. He told us about a couple of things but we didn't feel pressured.

I had a great experience here yesterday, I was given a warm welcome when I arrived and offered a coffee. Ian was able to see me within a couple of minutes when he talked me through my options in a relaxed manner without any of the pushy stuff we all hate! He had all the time in the world for me and offered a test drive there and then- a first for me in a dealership, normally you have to beg and feel like an inconvenience. Ana was first class throughout our time dealing with Holden. The were no pushy sales tactics, everything was done on our terms. We already knew which make and model of car we wanted, but weren't entirely sure of which spec to go for. The different specs were explained properly so we were able to make an informed decision.
Whilst waiting for our car to be built and shipped, we were called weekly by Ana, giving us a detailed update on its progress.
Handover was smooth, the car being ready to collect at the agreed time. I would have no problems recommending Ana and the Holden team.

The purchase of a new car can be a difficult process, there are increased difficulties at the moment due to covid, & other production problems leading to lengthy delivery times. Ian kept us fully informed of progress, & indeed was able to arrange a colour change to the order during production. Ian maintained regular contact during the delivery period. Few cars on the road today bring a smile to the lips in the way a Renault Twizy does, so what better way to bring a little fun to my seventieth birthday than one of these eco-friendly all-electric runabouts. There's a long lead time these days so I ordered well in advance. Throughout the months of anticipation, sales executive Ian Turner kept me posted on every aspect of its progress from factory to final delivery. But Ian didn't stop there; the day before my birthday he personally delivered the Twizy to my home so that it would be ready and waiting for the celebrations the next morning. Service doesn't come any better than this, and is increasingly rare in the world of today. Fortunately there are a few oases left such Holden Renault where traditional values such as courtesy, consideration and concern can flourish, as they have here in Norwich under the family-owned group for nearly 100 years. Here's to the next century!

Booked my car in for an Mot two weeks in advance, had a text message to say it was booked in for 0900. When I arrived at 0845 they had it booked in for 1600 just about the last slot of the day. I had to get a taxi home which cost me £17.00 as they don't pickup or drop off unless you are going into the city centre, as I told them I can walk into the city centre. As I have a little electric car made by Renault I didn't want to entrust it to any other company. I will be considering my options for next year.

Had my Renault Megane Dynamique coupe here recently for repair. I’m very happy with the car and the service I received off Matt, glyn and Rosie was amazing! Very friendly and helpful from start to finish. They also arranged a lovely hire car for me to use while mine was with them for the repairs. Also on offer is the payment assist, this allows you to split the bill over four months into four affordable payments with no interest to pay either! Absolutely brilliant! You get A1 Service here for affordable prices. I will certainly be sticking with these guys for servicing and mot and have signed up on a mot and servicing plan with them. Just a minor problem, needing a replacement security nut for my van wheels, but the service was excellent. I was seen to immediately at the desk, and an engineer came out to the van right away to check the problem, which he did thoroughly. I then got the new part in a day or two.

Generally good. Staff are always helpful and you are dealt with relatively swiftly. Only let down is the size of car park, very difficult to park and have room to move baby seats about etc. In my view they should have drop of points with some space around them for families.

I had a problem with the radio with reception dropping out. Three trips in total to have traced the problem down to a faulty cable to my dashcam. Worked fine in my other car but not with the Dacia. Changed the cable and reception is now holding. Very happy 😊. And very puzzled as to how the cable caused such a problem.

I visited Holden in the search for a used car for my wife. We ended up buying a 2005 Clio which seems to be a lovely car. We also bought a 2008 Laguna for the simple reason that we needed a more economical family car. Tom the sales man bent over backwards and couldn't do enough for us. I fully recommend Holden, however I haven't picked up the vehicles yet and haven't had the pleasure in dealing with the aftersales team.

The handover was very efficient with the appropriate health and safety measures in place. The only thing that I would ask is that during the handover process the customer is asked if there are any specific issues with the vehicle that need addressing. The collection was also fine, the vehicle was part valeted which was appreciated and the vehicle was also left protected internally with various coverings.
