N. W.I was purchasing my new Mini Cooper SD Roadster from long distance, but this made no difference to the excellent customer service and personal attention I received from Tom Smith. He kept me fully informed of the progress of the sale, he sent photos and a personal video of the car so I could see her in all her glory! Upon arrival - after a 4hr drive - my partner and myself were greeted with a smile and a welcome brew and we were given the time to look over the vehicle thoroughly and to take her for a test drive. We also received a personal meet and greet from the Manager to thank us for our custom and the effort for driving such a long distance. Throughout the whole experience Tom has been friendly, professional and non-pushy and I have also received excellent post purchase customer care. I would highly recommend without a shadow of doubt Inchcape Mini in Norwich - don't let the distance put you off from buying a Mini from them.

A. 5.I went looking for a mini with a few in mind. Thomas Smith was more than helpful allowing me to test a few different models out. He was very professional and nothing was too much trouble. The process of purchasing didn't take too long either, unlike other car dealers I have dealt with. I would definitely be going there again in the future.

My experience at Inchcape Mini in Norwich was nothing short of incredible. I was able to initially purchase my car online, including financing. They delivered the vehicle to my home within a few days. The car was in exactly as good of shape as they claimed. It was clean, outside and in, and fueled. My car ran smoothly without any kind of issues for the year and a half that I drove it. It was my daily commute car, ~100 miles daily.
I took my car to the Inchcape dealer for service on several occassions. Every single person I interacted with was professional and friendly. The receptionist was able to answer all my questions and get me in front of the service team. I wish I remembered her name, because she was always the first person I saw and the first peron to help. The service team were very accurate in their predictions of how long service would take, and they had no problems with me sitting in the lobby working from my computer while I waited. The mechanics were skilled and knowledgeable, and helped me track what was essential vs. what was recommended, based on my budget.
The 5th star was absolutely earned when I sold my car back. I had sudden PCS orders, and had to leave the country within 7 days. Despite the sudden time frame, AND their systems being down, the manager (Tom Baxter) worked with me to get everything handled. I was able to leave the car with them, and he ensured that all the paperwork went through and had the money deposited in my account. Despite the additional hurdles of time difference and international banking, He was kind and efficient in getting it all squared away. He significantly eased the burden during one of the most stressful moves of my life. I can not recommend them strongly enough.
B. P.Sophie was very helpful and accessible, and kept me fully informed during the manufacturing delays caused by semiconductor shortages. The handover process when my new mini arrived was thorough and enjoyable.
