F.Absolutely fantastic guy and trader Sam, and top Company so friendly, helpful professional and knowledgable. Came to me twice, free of charge, to Lowestoft, to view my car, a mini, for a possible part exchange , and for me to view his lovely mini cooper convertible. Then for me to take ownership of the convertible and for him to take mine away. Turned around quickly and smoothly. Some great after care too. Comes with a 3 months warranty which is excellent too. I can not recommend highly enough. An absolute pleasure to deal with, real honesty and integrity and I love having a mini cooper convertible again.

Car came with full MOT, Warranty and good history. Was delivered to my house for test drive and approval once figures had been agreed on and payment made. I was happy with the process and good communication from Sam along with a thorough explanation of expectations made the whole process stress and pressure free.

L. M.Sam was a superstar when I needed to find a car quickly, during lockdown. He had all the necessary Covid-safe procedures in place, brought the car over for a test drive then back again the following day for delivery. Light years ahead of other dealers I'd contacted in terms of customer service. The car's great too, all delivered shiny and clean with all of the paperwork etc. Would definitely recommend Sam to anyone looking for a good used car from a dealer who goes the extra mile.
3.Highly recommended! So happy with my lexus... Couldnt fault a thing both Sam and his driver Mark on the day my car was delivered was easy to deal with and came across as genuine people. Truly a pleasure all the best guys.
