Absolutely fantastic service from first contact to driving the vehicle out of the showroom. Meer is a man of integrity and was honest and helpful throughout. purchased a car from them a few months ago. There were a small issues which They cannot tell if something is going to go wrong on their cars. However, the staff at MB were brilliant, they helped me and made sure the fixes did not cost me any money, Very friendly, approachable and professional. I would 100% purchase a car from them again.

I cannot recommend this company enough. I purchased a car from them a few months ago. There were a few small issues which I was not happy with but I have since realised that its down to the vehicle, not the dealer. They cannot tell if something is going to go wrong on their cars. However, the staff at MB were brilliant, they helped me and made sure the fixes did not cost me any money, just a little bit of my time in taking the car back to them to fix. Very friendly, approachable and professional. I would 100% purchase a car from them again.

Absolutely fantastic dealer, Just bought a Range Rover sport from Mb Cars Norwich, never felt under pressure in any way, owner gave me what I thought was a fair price for the vehicle I was trading in. He never went over the top trying to sell all the usual after sales warranties etc. I'd travelled quite a distance for the car (180 miles ) and if possible wanted to complete the deal there and then as I felt the car was in excellent condition, really good quality cars a fair prices and provide a very professional experience, Meer was a pleasure to deal with, Would definitely recommend.

I would recommend MB Cars in Norwich as our personal experience buying a car from MB has been excellent. From the start MB were really helpful and there was no pushy sales patter. This is a well run business selling good quality cars with a nice friendly approach. I can also confirm that the after sales customer care is superb. As whilst we were very happy with the car there was a small issue with the cruise control not working and MB arranged to have this both diagnosed and fixed at the local dealership with no additional cost to us. MB could not have been more helpful, courteous and keen to resolve this for us. My rating of 5 stars is well earned and I would definitely return to MB in the future when looking for a new second hand car for the customer service alone.

Excellent service!! Right from my first enquiry about the car I purchased the service was professional, informative and friendly. The forecourt and office are well presented and welcoming. The car I purchased was exactly as described on the website and far better quality than other dealerships I'd looked at, they even put two brand new tyres on for me! Car was serviced, cleaned and they topped it up with more than enough fuel to get me home! I even got a lift to the post office to tax my new car before driving it away. I came down all the way from London and Meer offered to pick me up from station and waited till late at night for me to inspect and buy the car. The car itself is fantastic and was well prepared for sale. There were minor issues with wing mirror which is in process to be dealt with. Overall I would recommend MB Cars for excellent cars.

We purchased a smart Skoda Octavia from MB Cars. We purchased the extra warranty to cover 12 months and the car developed a fault after 10 months which was partly covered by the warranty. MB cars were very helpful and took the car back in, sorted the problem and dealt with the warranty company for us. As the fault (water pump) was related to something that had been fixed for us as part of the deal when we purchased it, MB cars graciously paid the remainder of the fee to fix it. Excellent customer service from Meer the proprietor. Would recommend and use again although I think this car will last us a while. I understand that Meer uses a different warranty company now which are better than warranty wise who we used. So this should give extra reassurance that you are buying from a car sales company that cares about after care.

I bought a Toyota car from MB car trader 1 month ago and I drove 1200M with it. The engine is working in the best condition. Tyres changed before I bought it and washed it perfectly. I bought the the car for reasonably price and it was really affordable. I had small problems with horn and window and Meer (trader owner) accept the to fix the problem and paid 400£ to fix the car. He paid me 10£ for the petrol as well. The car now fix and drive very well. I would definitely recommend this trader for their hospitality and everything.

I Recently purchased a ford s-max and the service was brilliant, meer is very patient and happy to answer any questions, your made to feel welcome from the start, i now have a problem with the car but after calling them to explain what is wrong they are happy to have the car back and to look into and rectify the issue for me, this cannot be helped sometimes cars have problems even new cars can have issues, what impresses me is the willingness to help which is all you can ask for. The bad reviews must be the customer over ⁰reacting or something because ive been treated very well so far, i will update when i get the car back.... Hi update on the s-max, so I was feeling a slight judder coming from the car when pulling away and sometimes it was a bit drastic changing gear (automatic gearbox). I called meer who was fantastic and took the car back to be looked at, the garage he uses took it out and felt the same issue as myself but were honest enough to say that auto gearboxes were not something they do, but knew a very reputable company who would take a look into it, at this point meer offered to give me a courtesy car whilst the garage and the warranty worked out what was going on etc. I only declined the courtesy car as I have two other cars to use anyway, I left it with meer and I can honestly say he has been a gent and contacted me every other day to keep me updated and dealt with the garage and warranty company for myself saving me a lot of hassle, In the end it turned out the gearbox was damaged internally which no person could of known after all it drove lovely for a month after buying it, so meer dealt with the garage and warranty who then agreed to cover the cost of the repair and rebuild the gearbox, the whole time meer has been very professional and very apologetic which he need not be,.after all things can break, this issue was something nobody could see until it was stripped down and Investigated, again several times meer offered me a courtesy car that he would insure and tax personally for me which is above and beyond any other dealer I've dealt with before, yes it's a big job and costly but the warranty ]are covering it and meer has taken all the stress away from me, always reassured me that whatever happens he would make things right, I can assure you now that I will definitely use mb cars again purely because of how meer has dealt with the situation for me, all you need to do is be polite and patient like I have and you will be treated like family. I truly believe you will not find a better person to buy your next car from

Just bought a lovely cmax from this dealer, given my criteria of manual transmission this was one of only three cmaxs I could find in norfolk.I am so pleased I did as the car was immaculate, better condition than I could have hoped for.
