If you've already got a Nissan, then you might use this place. But if you were looking for a new car, probably not. It's a dated, uninspiring showroom/repair shop/waiting area that holds little to inspire the public to step in. Having lived in the USA I can say for certain that this dealership would not have come up to the publics expectations and would easily have been out performed by it's competition. We, the British public, have lowered our standards so much that we now see this standard of service as normal everywhere. So, mediocre is what we get.

Reasonably easy access close to the airport but without getting snarled up with city centre traffic. It's about midway between the outer ring road (NDR) and the middle ring road. Good parking and multiple EV charging facility. Waiting area is ok with free wi-fi, toilets, cold water and coffee machine. Only one magazine to read on my last visit and 'tv' just shows Nissan adverts. So I got bored as my promised one hour wait stretched to 90 minutes. Servicing is done off site so a team of drivers ferry cars in and out. I guess the garage is about two minutes drive from the sales showroom/service reception. This means you get feedback second hand and can't ask a greasy handed mechanic for details. It also slows things down if something unexpected happens. The garage work is excellent, they are obviously experts and take pride in their work. In the past I have used a courtesy car although this has to be returned with the same fuel range as provided (near empty). If you put minimum sale in the tank you will need to clock up around 100 miles or you will be out of pocket. Though you should see this as a few pounds cost for a day's car hire 😁. Conclusion: Quality dealer servicing but probably better to drop the car and go do something else.

Picked up my used qashqai a month ago and am very happy. Can’t believe I found the exact spec I was looking for and with the added bonus of buying from the only dealership who made an effort when I was looking. Nissan dealership which takes pride in its work. Good customer service from polite staff. Site is easy to access near the airport, with plenty of customer parking. Good selection of new and nearly new cars for sale. Bright and airy space for waiting whilst work is completed, with complementary drinks, a few magazines, free WiFi and toilets. TV shows dedicated Nissan adverts which are interesting the first time around. The seats aren't that comfy, especially if you are there for a long time, which is usually the case! On the upside, your car comes back clean and shiny and you know that work has been done by trained Nissan staff.

I had the most excellent, attentive and proffresional experience in the nissan garage with the wonderful jonathon. He spoke to me about evrything I needed to know and in the correct jargon so I understood clearly. Jonathon spoke to me in regards to my purchase and even about things that would happen after the sale was complete. Jonathon gave me a courtesy call a week or two later just to make sure I was doing okay with the vehcile. Recently visited the Suzuki showroom and the staff couldn't have been more helpful! They listened to exactly what I was after and didn't try and push any of the products/deals they wanted us to have and instead tailored my experience to what I was after! The Sales Manager was especially helpful in offering great customer service and enthusiasm, explaining to us the steps and process without the "hard sell" or being at all pushy. For fans of ‘Line of duty’, we’ve found who ‘H’ is! And he’s not bad at all. In fact he’s one of the good guys. He is part of the brilliant Nissan team at Desira who sold us a lovely qashqai and provided a few cups of coffee, including the highly elusive ‘cold’ version (you’ll have to visit to find out what that is). Customer service was spot on and that didn’t go unnoticed. All our questions were answered honestly. The whole experience was stress free. Looking forward to picking up our lovely car. I recently bought a Nissan juke nismo and I am completely in love with this car. I had a lovely salesman called Henry. There was no pressure and as a female I didn't feel patronised unlike I have with other main dealers. Henry was very helpful and kept me in the loop through out the purchase. Didn't buy a car from this dealership but bought a car that was previously ordered from them. The car was missing service history. I tracked down where the car was brought from, which was Desira Nissan and Infiniti in Norwich and gave them a call. The chap i spoke to on the phone was extremely helpful in organizing replacement service history for the vehicle, even though it didn't benefit the dealership directly and advised me on all aspects of the vehicles history. Safe to say if im ever in the area and in need of a vehicle, i will pop in and say hi and thank you personally

Went and ordered a part last May and was dispotinted with the level of service we got from parts, so I was unsure when I needed a new locking wheel bolt for my qashqai, the new guys in the parts department are 100 times better than the old ones, so helpful and went out in the pouring rain to help us and went the extra mile.

Just bought my very first Nissan after 38 years of driving, my key wasn't working very well so went to your Parts department and saw a lad called Dan he replaced my key batteries for me, I had a question in regards to my Sat Nav as the dealer I bought it off wasn't very helpful, Dan came outside and went through the whole thing with me, spending a good 20 minutes with myself and my wife, showing us what everything does on our Qashqai, helping us understand how the Sat Nav works etc.. if this is what your customer service is like at your branch I shall be bringing my car here from now on.
