I cannot fault my dealings with Norwich Audi last week. My car was in for an MOT and some minor work - I was dealt with in a friendly and professional manner by Emma - provided with a courtesy car and informed when my car was ready for collection.
A relatively minor issue is outstanding under warranty and this has been booked in at a time to suit me.
I am very satisfied with my experience.

I've had problems with the tyre pressures on my Q5. Tried to sort it myself but with no luck.
Popped into Audi Norwich this morning with no appointment. Was greeted by Michelle immediately and she put my mind at rest. She sat me down had a lovely coffee and in a flash Stuart gave me my keys back, job done.

Absolutely outstanding, we were dealt with by Jacob who was brilliant. He understood our needs and didn't try to push anything on us that he knew we didn't need. He was very polite and approachable doing all he could to accommodate us. He had answers to all our questions about the new Q4 etron and if he didn't I'm sure he would do all he could to find out. Overall a great experience and I can whole heartedly recommend Norwich Audi and Jacob to anyone looking at buying a new car.

What a fantastic service, five stars is not enough. Right from day one they have been super helpful. All Audi main dealers are not created equal and I've been let down massively by others, so thanks to Audi Norwich and in particular Emma! My air condenser and radiator both needed replacing after I hit a badger which damaged the front of my car. My Audi Q2 faults were fixed . However my car was under warranty audi did not go out of there way to get me a car . My car was in audi for about 1/52 . I had to go to enterprise and hire a vehicle for my work as a community nurse . I am disappointed at the service as audi normally goes that extra mile . One good thing that came out of it was that a lady named Jess called-me to apologise and stated that audi should have sourced me a car especially as my car is under warranty . She said they would reimburse me my car rental

From a service point of you they have always been excellent and very helpful.
However I have had two negative experiences with the Norwich branch. First was when I was looking at buying a new car a couple of years ago. My wife and I were looking around the car we were interested in and a lady came over. Instead of asking if we needed any help she asked for our details just in case there was a fire alarm. Nobody else in the showroom got asked and I was left feeling embarrassed as I assume she felt we didn't belong there even though I already had an Audi. Needless to say I didn't buy from them and went and bought the car from another dealer.
The other experience is when I went to sell my Audi. I received numerous letters from Robinsons saying they would be interested in buying my car. So, when it came to selling I thought I'd see what they thought it was worth. The person my enquiry was forwarded to simply said he didn't have a crystal ball...helpful.

Norwich Audi staff were good because when the vehicle tyre was flat, they promptly rearranged a different test drive, phoned and gave us enough notice so that we didn't waste a journey. The replacement key was programmed whilst we were there. Salesperson was clean, polite, attentive. We are very happy with the new car - which has not been the case previously from a different make of car main dealership!

We purchased an Audi used approved car from Norwich Audi this week. The service we received from start to finish was faultless. I was notified about a car that had just come in and was not yet on the website. Having expressed an interest in the car the process through to purchasing the car and driving it away was seamless and very professional. The salesman looking after us was Eliot and we could not fault his professionalism , care and help. He always returned calls, kept us in the loop, went through part-exchanging our car and all the paperwork and the car itself in a very professional way. It was a pleasure to have him work with us. He never rushed us and , more importantly, there was absolutely no hard sell at all. Had this been the case we would certainly not have made the 200 mile round trip in order to buy this car. I was packing the family car for a trip in the Lake district with a 4 month old baby and realised on the morning of the day we were planned to leave we could not fit everything in!
Looking for options I phoned the Audi garage and talked to Kevin from their parts team. He was able to find some demo roof bars and a new roofbox in 10mins and offered to help fit them that same morning.
Kevin was able to fit the bars and roofbox in 15mins on site meaning I was able to get the car home to fit everything in which saved us a stressful start to the holiday!
The roofbox / bars were provided at a fair price having build great quality not noticing any issues when driving with easy accessibility with the dual motioned hinge
Kevin went beyond the call of duty to help us out when time mattered enabling us to have a great first holiday with our son :-)

Bought my car from here and love it. Sales process very easy and when I had an issue took the car book and had it resolved in a day. A little frustrating when I returned to have my tyres changed. Was told I couldn't have a car as it would only take an hour or so. When I arrived my car was taken and they said there was something needing replacing on guarantee. The whole process took four hours, and I was two hours late for work. The staff were all very present if not maybe a little oblivious to the time I'd been waiting. Previous visits good. I've had my first audi A1 for a month now and I'm delighted with the car. The buying experience was stress free at Norwich Audi. All staff were really friendly and helpful. Shaun Larkins who served us was absolutely fantastic: really helpful and friendly without being pushy, immediately addressed any minor problems or queries and kept in good communication throughout the process. My 3 year old used car was burnished to a sheen and immaculately turned out when I went to pick it up. Plus I got a gorgeous bouquet too which lasted three weeks. Used Audi A4 Avant I purchased from Norwich Audi last week is a very nice car. The service I received on the day I took delivery of the car was very good. Customer facing staff at the dealership were friendly, professional and helpful. However, when driving the car back home the oil warning light came on and when checking the oil level it was very low! I asked the dealership to check how this could have happened when Audi are so keen to promote their 'Audi Approved' 149 checks. I received an apology from the sales person I had dealt with but I had hoped for a response from the Service Manager. Nothing, after waiting several days. Complacent at best.

Was holidaying in Norfolk when a local pidgeon decided to take my wing mirror out.
A call to Norwich Audi parts and services on Monday led to a return call from them on Wednesday morning to advise the new glass was on.
On arrival reception were friendly. The chap from parts came down with part and invoice all ready to go. Ten minutes later it was fitted and I was on my way back to the coast.
Outrageous main dealer pricing, obviously. But it’s a main dealer. You accept it or you don’t. You can’t knock a star off for that when it’s something we all should expect up front.
Would definitely use again if I lived this way.

I recently bought a car from this dealership, and I honestly can't think of anything negative to comment on. I have read some of the other reviews, and I see people mentioning 'I didn't get asked if I needed any help' or 'I waited ages for a salesperson to ask me'. I don't know if it's just me, but when I want help, I ask for it- I hate being constantly hassled if I'm just browsing. I was seen instantly by Adam (a really nice salesperson), and ended up buying the perfect car for myself on the same day (which I am dead chuffed with!!). The dealership is classy and has a relaxed environment. I also read reviews that the girls on reception were 'rude'- I got a warm welcome from them both times I approached the desk, and I thought they 'looked the part' in terms of a slightly upper class car dealership (maybe people are just jealous!!!). Overall, great experience. I will be returning for my MOTs/services too.

After a warning light appeared on my SQ5 I called Norwich Audi who promptly had it in for inspection.
They found the fault quickly, (a heat sensor) which was then booked in and replaced under warranty the following week.
The work was completed in the time they said and the car was returned to me valeted inside and out.

Excellent experience......... my car was booked in for the emissions software update which included a free car health check.
After the work was completed they said that the car had passed the health check. I suspected a rear suspension issue they took the car back into the workshop and confirmed a problem. Martin, the Service Team Manager, apologised and insisted that they rectify the problem FREE of parts and labour charge.
Didn't expect service like this I will use Robinsons of Norwich again.

Was very convenient when I had issues with my Old Car.
Used a few times for things from Head Light Bulbs to EGR Valves.
The EGR valve was replaced under the trust building measures and there was not any issue, they arranged it all for me giving me confidence that everything was being done properly.
Car was always returned cleaned inside and out.
Only had a few issues, but only very small ones but could be worked upon - the biggest for me was when I asked about bringing my car down early and bringing the keys later, was told No Problem, but the security barrier was locked meaning I had a wasted journey. Something so simple as explaining it'd have been locked up could have saved a bit of hassle

So my daughter wanted the new A1. Well what can I say, Gareth Woodgate has been fantastic with my daughter on her journey of purchasing a new car. He let her test drive a car with out anyone from Audi being in the car as she was very nervous. The Bad news - took my 5-year-old A5 diesel cabriolet into Audi Norwich for full service + cambelt & waterpump replacement - and 10 days after a £1.1k bill, it lost a timing pulley through the front cover! But they delivered (!) a brand new A5 cab as a loaner, and meanwhile replaced the entire head on mine. 6*'s for Catherine Warren, who demonstrated that you can turn a disaster into an opportunity, and 5*'s for the bosses who allow the team the freedom to make things happen. Even in Audi world, mistakes can occur. Catherine demonstrated that the staff want, and are empowered, to put things right, and that it can all happen faster than you would possibly expect.
