We can't praise Norwich Caravans high enough for the level of service they have provided us. We bought a new Swift Challenger 565 from them and they were kind enough to deliver it to the camp site we were staying on for our holiday. Unfortunately the fridge kept giving an error message. They came out once on Monday, twice on Tuesday to reset the error code but it just wasn't behaving as it should and so they replaced it with a brand new fridge on Wednesday. Once again thanks to Norwich Caravans and especially to Nigel and his team.

Booked my caravan in for a service, as they seemed like a reliable, well established dealership and priced fairly. Considering the current climate with Covid-19, they were very efficient at ensuring there was minimal disruption. Dropping off and collection was easy and well explained. The only thing that came across as a bit of a negative, was the use of the term “our” customers, when talking about those whose caravans come from them. There was a slight undertone to the comment, which suggested to me, that if you took a caravan to them that had been purchased elsewhere, then it was regarded as not as valued. (This wasn’t the first time that I had got this impression from them, as I tried to get some warranty work done over a year ago, as my caravan was less than a year old at the time and bought from a main dealer 200 miles away, they refused to do it, as it hadn’t been purchased from them. That’s fine, I hadn’t purchased from them because they were more expensive, at the time for the same caravan, so travelled elsewhere to do the deal). I’m sure the staff are well established, but they need to get into the modern era and understand that being inclusive about “all” may reap its rewards in the long run! Or, maybe I’m wrong and their customer base is that strong, that they can afford to pick and choose? As I said, this was a noticeable observation. Service wise, they did an excellent job, even replacing an item under warranty. I like this place, the set up is convenient and the staff helpful and polite. I will use them again for the next service. You never know, it might result in a purchase of a new caravan from them in the future, if I become regarded as a loyal valued customer!

I was staying on a touring caravan site on the coast not too far from here. Needed some stuff for the van so called in. Well if you like caravans you can’t help but look. We did and the sales staff were very polite and left us too it, no pressure just nice people. Good stock in the shop with good prices. I must admit to being tempted on at least one caravan on display but we were on holiday. Anyway, back to Norwich Caravans, they appear to be a very decent dealer and very helpful. If I was considering a new caravan I don’t think I could go wrong here.

We bought a new Coachman 545 VIP in March 2018 and have just had it serviced for the first time, and frankly we can't praise Norwich Caravans enough for the great level of service they have provided us. They have what can only be described as a "Good old fashion way of doing business" Thanks you all at Norwich Caravans, and especially for the help and kindness when my wife injured herself when collecting the caravan last year!

A change of caravan servicing provider, It had to happen, previous service provider lost the Bailey dealership, the distance to travel diagonally across Norfolk, no direct route, labels everywhere stating that the item had been checked, even if it did not work, no batteries ! Looking for a more local dealership, only eight miles to Hevingham, paid a visit, welcomed with smiles, firm date and basic service price. The day of delivery for the service, 55mph winds, 'leave it to Monday if you are worried', we went despite this, a warm welcome awaited. During the service we were notified, not only of the problem but of the cost of rectification After 36 hours we have our caravan back, full report and a verbal explanation of where the extra spend was necessary. Grateful thanks to all the team at Norwich Caravans at Hevingham, you are wonderful.. John & Dianne

Starting with Nigel at the NEC in Birmingham, Norwich Caravans patience in our delay being able to collect our new caravan, Nigel going the extra mile to tow it onto a site for us, Denis’s excellent handover when we picked up the caravan and his help in shop since as we’ve purchased extras, the lady in the shop’s help sorting us out an awning, Julian’s efficieny in promptly sorting out the warranty work once opened up after Lockdown and the whole place being mindful of Covid-19 safety procedures - we are extremely 5 star satisfied with Norwich Caravans. Thank you. We “think” we are all sorted out now.

My review by Ivan Cox The very best customer service! This is how a business should be run! Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and customer focused. They did a warranty job on our Sterling caravan which we did not buy from them, but 4 other dealers, recommended by Sterling, refused to help us because we didn't buy the caravan from them!! They did a superb job on the same day we took it. We bought caravan crockery plates from the shop and when we got home one was broken! Within two days another was posted to us. In a one year old caravan, the gas knobs did not work and they sent 6 replacements to us in the post! Quite superb. Why can't all businesses be run like this. Well done Julian and all at Norwich Caravans. I'd love to name the unhelpful dealers in Royston, Colchester, Peterborough and Eye, but let's salute Norwich Caravans! Simply the best! Ivan Cox.

Staff are always helpful and polite and the shop has a good range of products at reasonable prices however, I have twice had problems resulting from work completed on my caravan heating system that might have not have occurred if thoroughly checked after work completed.

Due to the dry weather the pegs I had for my tent just weren't up to the job of going into hard ground. The campsite owner recommended this place, and although they're called Norwich Caravans they've got a brilliant range of almost everything you'd need for camping. Not only that but the prices are reasonable too.

We bought a Bailey Senator in PRIVATE sale and had exactly the same problem as Matthew with the Bailey 546 Olympus, leaking windows.We took it in to Norwich caravans and they fixed it very promptly & efficiently with fantastic customer service all round. We have since found out from a friend, who is a keen caravanner, that Baileys are always having this problem and are well known for it. Because of the fantastic service we received from Norwich caravans we have this year bought a new caravan from them with totally faultless customer service. As a caravanner for many years and having lived in various parts of the country I have to say that 'Norwich caravans' are by far the best, most helpful and friendliest dealers i have come across and will certainly be a customer in the future too. I feel the man with the Bailey 546 should have given them the chance to rectify the problem first before demanding refund. I have never ever come across another dealer that would do this for a buyer without being given the chance to put the problem right first. 5* plus to Norwich Caravans I say and would highly recommend them to everyone I speak to.
