Only stopped to use the rapid (350Kwh) chargers, but the staff were very helpful in helping use their chargers, and even their Centre Manager came out to see how the charge was going too. If you don't have a Porsche RFID care, then you need to have the Shell ReCharge App to work the two chargers. Some impressive cars on display too.

My loan car whilst my trusty 997 is getting some more TLC at Norwich Porsche. This Kermit Cayman is the equivalent of a very large key fob in an hotel perhaps? You definitely won't lose it in a car park! It was actually great fun, it handles beautifully and, quite surprisingly, I fell for the stand out colour! The service team, as ever, are also outstanding, a very professional outfit. One happy customer.

Just WOW! Outstanding service from very start to finish. 🤩 Zoe was my point of contact and her level of professionalism is amazing. Constant updates on a daily basis to the point she wouldn’t leave off for the day without making sure I knew how my Cayenne was doing in the service centre. Given a lovely Macan S as a courtesy car which was immaculate on collection. Sam handed the car back to me today and he was again really helpful and couldn’t do enough for me. And the amount of work I had done it was good value for money in my opinion. Absolutely superb! Thank you all. See you in September for it next service. 😊

I went to charge my new Land Rover Discovery Hybrid today at the Porsche Centre and had a few issues with connection. Matthew Lockwood, the Centre Principal, was extremely accommodating and allowed our small group of professionals to visit the garage last night. We had a tour of the centre and was amazed how clean the service centre was! Almost hospital theatre clean! The cars are stunning, the paintwork was mirror like! I would recommend going to the centre, just to spend some time salivating on which one you would have if the lucky numbers popped up on a Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday or Saturday! Matthew showed us the process a new customer would go through - they would even match the paintwork for any colour you like! He said it can take a couple of hours to go through the different specs, right down to the colour of stitching on the seats! I’m looking forward to my test drive of a new Panamera later this month! Matthew, thank you!

Great staff and customer care at Porsche Centre Norwich. Buying the car and collecting it from the showroom was very professionally handled. Every effort was made to make us welcome at the showroom.
