We have bought several nearly new cars over the years from Richard Nash Cars, They are very easy to deal with and no hard sell. They excel at what they do, present very well prepared cars, provide a stress free environment to conduct the transaction and offer but don't push optional extras. During this purchase, I was very happy with the whole process, Steve and John did the paperwork, gave me a very fair part ex value while I drank as much of their coffee as I could! I would recommend that you look at a couple of the more 'traditional' dealers before going to Richard Nash, that way you will more easily see why I am a repeat customer.

A really good experience; drove to Norwich from Kent having spoken to Steve about the car earlier in the week. It was every bit the vehicle described in the ad and on the phone. A minor problem a tiny dent ( looked new, done on forecourt) was resolved by a call to dent repair company who who sorted out the problem to my satisfaction whilst I waited. Car came with a 12 month warranty, the sales team were easy to work with. This was an easy transaction and I would recommend this company.

Well my wife bought a nearly new car from Richard Nash on Vulcan Road,Norwich. Steve Allen was the sales advisor we met and I must say he was the most helpful person I have met when purchasing a vehicle. He was not pushy , answered all our questions after test driving the car and when we couldn’t make up our mind , he told us to go and think about it and get back to him. We called back and went through a few more details and asked for some extra bits and pieces to be sorted and accepted the deal. The car had the preparations done and we picked it up a few days later. Nothing was to much trouble he sorted all the paperwork for us and we were driving home in the new car which was absolutely stunning. Found a small chip on windscreen and called Steve who arranged for a repair to be done at our home address at our convenience. Cannot praise the service we received enough and would highly recommend Richard Nash to anyone.

Fantastic service all round. My old car broke down the Monday before Christmas, my usual mechanic was shutting shop for 2 weeks over festive period, and he recommended Richard Nash. Richard Nash welcomed the car to be recovered to them and within 2 hours they called me back to say sadly the cam belt had snapped. The mechanic was very helpful and honest and also gave me some great advise ( my old car was 13 yrs old and a diesel, so investigating damage, replacing engine etc could mount up to a massive bill). So i booked in to test drive some cars on the Friday after Christmas, and by the Saturday morning i drove out of there with a 3 year old new car. Fast, efficient and honest service all round. would highly recommend.

The professionalism shown by Les and the Sales manager Johny (at Vulcan Road ) was out of this world. From the moment I walked into the showroom they listened to what I needed and then found a car that suited my needs. I have to admit I am some what of a nervous buyer through previous experiences but I was put at ease from the start by Les and with the extra touches like tea and coffee and Les's proffesional manner the nervousness of dry mouth disappeared. Even though I am not bound by warranty etc to take my car back for services and when due MOT's I will without doubt take my car back every year for its service etc. I was once told by a mechanic why pay thousands extra for the dealers when you can find a reputable garage near by selling the same car without the added on useless warranties.
