Great service! I was traveling to see the car so required a detailed description together with photos, these were provided promptly, emails were answered, phone calls returned, customer service was provided at every stage of the buying process, the car was beautifully presented when I got there and Luke was attentive and easy to deal with, highly recommended.

Highly recommend Richard nash cars on mousehole Lane Norwich. Very friendly and helpful. Traded our fiesta in and got a slightly newer focus. Which we're very pleased and happy about. A nice little car 66 reg with half dozen pullable body dents and a few more that needed filling, seller agreed to get dents pulled but got us a price for the ones to fill £150. Asked if the car had been serviced we were told "yes all up to date". Date for pick up changed twice causing insurance change over extra charges. Asked for a top up of petrol to compensate, told that was OK. Pick up day, money changed hands, handed the keys no instructions given more interested in cancelling the prior owners settings. Switched on, fuel gauge didn't move, went back inside to ask where the agreed fuel was, blamed the person that did the valeting. Got to the garage he put in £20 worth. Going through the paperwork when we got home I could see the car had only had one service in its 3.5 years. I phoned up to ask for the paperwork regarding the service they had done, only to be told by the same salesman that they do not do a service they only do a top up, lights and brakes check. At this point I lost my patience and asked to speak to manager, he was not understanding at all. Richard Nash cars only seem interested in selling cars, they certainly aren't interested in after sales service and won't get any recommendations from us. 10 42 Thursday 24th September 2020 Thank you for your reply but as far as being open and up front I am not so sure, even in your reply you have owned up to having a dent readressed and sprayed in the body shop, something you told me you would not do, and that's why I had to pay £150 to get the dents over the passenger door sorted. At no time was I told you had to have this work done, I was told the hold up was because the roof lining had to come out. Just another cover up. I didn't think your offer of a reduced price on a service was a viable option so I have had it done at the garage I use.
