I give this place 5 stars simply due to the aftersales sales service I received which separates this place from most other places: I bought a lovely car, and the worst possible thing happens, the thing we all dread, a car failure after picking up the car. I phone up the dealership 10 minutes before they close, the following happens: I am reassured that the fault will be dealt with The warranty is 100% honoured. By 12pm the next day, I had a guy around my house replacing a faulty part, that I had identified Car was back up and running and I was driving around town chuffed with my purchase by 12:30pm. When I eventually have to say good bye to my car, I will 100% be checking out this place once again as I know, even if the worst was to happen, I would be completely sorted out. It's this kind of experience that separates a good car dealership from a great one, every shop/store/dealership will have stock come through that is problematic from time to time, How they deal with that stock in the aftersales is the true show of a great store. Thanks once again to the sales team for helping me out with my car I'm absolutely chuffed to bits with it

I recently purchased my vehicle with s&s car sales a few weeks ago and have to say that the experience from start to finish was stress free even when it came to taxing the vehicle and sorting out the new v5 to witch they done for me, very friendly staff and everything was explained to me in great detail. Would recommend these guys to anyone il definitely be returning for my next car thankyou guys

I brought a car from these guys. Unfortunately the car showed a mechanical issue straight after and I was offered my money back straight away no questions. The car was collected the next day and money refunded instantly. You cant be fairer than that. Due to the fact I can only drive an automatic he couldn't offer me something else which is not their fault it's just one of those things.

If I could give these lads 6 stars I would. Bought a car off them that then unfortunately failed its MOT, due to a totally unforeseeable problem with the engine. The guys at the garage were so apologetic, even though this was something that was not their fault, and not only that but they helped me out sourcing a replacement within a week. They went above and beyond and gave me an incredible deal on an even better vehicle! Have been blown away. I was nervous buying a car for the first time by myself but I found them to be respectful, helpful and down right decent. Would recommend in a heartbeat for someone who might need a bit of advice about what to get for themselves, or anyone who wants to buy with confidence.

Super happy customer!! Being a female I do automatically feel at a disadvantage going searching for second hand cars. But oak street were great, I got a really ‘genuine guy vibe ‘ lovely and relaxed, even allowed me to drive the car on my own so I didn’t feel awkward at all. Great warranty on the car too! After I purchased my fab little car- at a really good price too I should add! i did have a little issue, but phoned up and sure enough that genuine guy vibe was right! Super happy to help me out and got the car in and fixed for me no problem at all! No Quibs or fuss , I couldn’t ask for a better service! Highly highly recommend them !

Extremely good dealership! I've dealt with a few dealerships over the years, but so far these guys are head and shoulders above the rest. I got a great deal, including a healthy trade in price, and tied in nicely with a local credit company. The car itself was a cracker. You could tell it had had a good once over and had been chosen carefully. The guy in the office (Jason) is straight talking, reasonable, friendly, reliable and trustworthy. He made me feel welcome and explained everything clearly. All in all a seamless and stress free transaction. Well done!

Highly recommend Oak Street Cars, I bought a car off them that kept breaking which wasn't their fault at all, they asked me if I wanted my money back but by only having an automatic license the money was pretty useless to me at this point, you can't drive money. So they tried to fix the car for over 2 months for me but the car was doomed, they let me borrow their courtesy car for about two months, this car was for sale as well and they got enquiries about it but they didn't once ask for it back, I was unbelievably grateful! Jason bought loads of automatic cars that I may have potentially liked, me being picky and having certain requirements I declined a lot of them, this didn't bother him, he wanted to find me the right car for me however long it took. We finally found me a car and I love it! Throughout this entire experience, I could say it would've made my life a lot easier going elsewhere to get a car but I wouldn't change my experience at all, I couldn't have asked for a better team to help me find a car, thank you Jason, Bobby and John!
