O.Extremely professional, welcoming and friendly customer service. I came for a service and also left with a washed car and vacuumed interior for no extra charge. It was estimated that I would be waiting two and a half hours for the service to be completed but I was out in two, with the wash.
Regarding covid measures - everything was well spaced out, signs everywhere (indicating where to go), all staff had screens between each desk, and were wearing PPE where/when needed. Plenty of sanitising stations throughout as well. Seen staff cleaning surfaces regularly, including customer touch points and seating areas.
Sat down in the comfy lounge for the duration and enjoyed two coffees on the house, whilst also making use of the Gregg's next door. Couldn't recommend this service enough!
