A. C.Bought an Audi TTS I spotted on Spencers' website in March 21. Living a considerable distance away (Reading), the £££ involved, and with all the lockdown restrictions I was fairly concerned at the outset (as always buy used from local Main Dealerships after test drives / checks, etc). Lee was fantastic; sending a full video walk round clearly pointing out the few very minor marks and giving full assessment of the car and detail of the equipment throughout. It was 4 1/2yr old with low mileage and seemed amazing condition inside and out + all the options/equipment I was specifically looking for. Given the very fair price I decided to buy .... and collected 1st week April.
With all the lockdown restrictions in place Lee and team were happy to provide view of all documents, and answer all my questions, over the phone (very patient with me). I had a great end-to-end experience.
I have given several months before adding this review so that I can now say the car is exactly as I hoped in every way. I highly recommend Spencers based on their open, reliable, friendly, fair and simple experience they provide. A great buy from a great team of people.
PS. Yes Lee ... I really enjoyed the 3hr drive back home. Thank you for all your help and was a pleasure to finally meet you in person at collection. Sorry there isn't a sixth star to click .. as that would have been appropriate.

W. D.After buying my Focus at Spencers in December I quickly identified the coolant system was holding no coolant. After a quick call to Spencers Mark and the team was quick to take it in and a replaced various parts of the cooling system. Unfortunately this did not solve the issue and further investigation high lighted the head gasket had blown. Obviously a nightmare scenario so soon after buying a car but with the 3 month warranty Spencers have skimmed and refitted the head gasket and rebuilt the engine and now all appears to be working as should with the cooling system at no extra expense to myself. Mark took the effort to keep me well informed throughout and Spencer/Billy/Lee providing an extended warranty on the engine if there are any further issues. Thanks to Billy, Lee and Mark and the rest of the team.
