Perfection from my 1st phone call to delivery of my perfect car today. Honestly I cannot recommend The Value Car centre enough. A************plus a million stars ⭐️ Here is our story. Due to a non fault accident our car was unfortunately written off. My work entails needing a large car with multiple seats and thought we had found our dream car from a garage online. Unfortunately this was not the case!! When new car was delivered due to Covid I had bought this online with numerous guarantees backed up by advert I was shocked to find was clearly not as advertised and the customer service received to rectify was zero response and after 2 weeks of continuing worsening faults the car had bought was not drivable with major faults and deemed unsafe by manufacturers and returned. This resulted in weeks of stress phone calls to return and receive monies back we are talking thousands. I had alerts set up for another vehicle of same spec (pretty rare) and The Value Car Centre advertised one available. I called immediately and was greeted by Jason at 730am who was beyond cheerful and helpful must be a morning person 😊 he was on way to garage and sent me the photos had within 2 minutes and advised car was on way to him and would give me specifications once had actually seen car. Jason called back within 30 mins gave me full description of car interested in and sent more photos. Jason answered all my hundreds of questions, after my negative experience from a not so reputable garage and reassured me that I would not receive this car or be allowed to put a deposit on until he had fully checked and knew it would meet my needs. I was desperate I’m a childminder and needed wheels asap as school holidays and had a lot of activities and family commitments that required a vehicle, still the same answer no vehicle will leave us until it is perfect and what you want and need. There were a couple things required that this vehicle didn’t have ie parking sensors I’m blonde and going backwards in a large Mercedes Viano without some direction was a must! This wasn’t a problem Jason just said said we’ll fit them, I told him about previous cars faults and my concern about buying another car online (they are 170 miles away so couldn’t realistically view) and was completely reassured by that’s fine we’ll do a full MOT and Service fix anything and even advisories which turned out to be all the brakes, tyres, handbrake and few cosmetic details, this was above and beyond and still hadn’t asked for anything. Once they were happy I would be happy with Luna we named her she’s beyond gorgeous 🤍 I paid a small deposit as had to wait for the other unnamed unprofessional garage to release my large deposit and finance back, this took over a week, again Jason was kind compassionate and patient and nothing was a problem. John called to arrange finance for the remainder he was calm, kind and understanding he sorted everything out (amongst my tears and stress) so that I could receive Luna when she was perfect and they were happy I would be happy. They took all the stress away and instilled faith, belief and went out of their way to ensure I was buying a car I not only wanted for my business but that was safe for myself, my children and minded children to travel in. They then delivered car on agreed date and time with a full tank of fuel with the loveliest driver keeping me informed all the way. He was greeted by a large group of excited children and myself and took time to show me around Luna and ensure I was happy. I cannot express how much I appreciated all their time, effort, attention to detail and above all their customer service. Luna is gorgeous drives like a dream and more perfect than advertised. I 100% recommend The Value Car Centre their customer service is impeccable and they are all lovely 🥰

Bought a Range Rover Sport. Travelled a fair way for this car but was worth it. The car is fantastic no faults and immaculate condition. The buying experience was first class, no pressure and felt very comfortable with the transaction. Would highly recommend this company.

Had a very good experience at The Value Car Centre! They gave me the option to pay a reservation fee for the car i was interested in whilst I got time off of my work to come test drive the car. When i went to the centre, i felt very welcomed and i was helped with all questions i had. They also helped me with a personal decision, gave me time & advice for the car i already had, which was very kind of them. The car had been valeted and a slight mark that i noticed on the car had been sorted out for me, 5 stars for the customer service. I bought my Jaguar xe from the value car Center in Norwich today and I must say I was really impressed. First of all Jason gave me a nice discount for coming up to pick up my car which was really nice, then some how my! My guess a customer scratched my bumper a little which I only realised on my journey back. I called the office to explain and I got through to john, although I knew very well that it had nothing to do with the value car centre! John offered to pay for the damage which was a really nice touch. Deserved the 5star for sure.

We bought a 1 series today from VCC and had the perfect experience After seeing the ad, I read some of the other reviews on here and whilst they’re really impressive, the car looked great and looked really good value, there’s always that niggle that says if something’s too good to be true, it probably is. In VCC’s case it was absolutely true Spoke to John and Jay on the phone in the week leading up to our viewing and they were both really helpful, honest and down to earth. We paid a £99 deposit to hold the car for 48 hours, which Jay said would be refundable if it turned out the car wasn’t for us, which I appreciated On the day John dealt with us, on arrival he gave us the keys and said take as much time as you need with the car. There were no time limits on the test drive or viewing and we were welcome to nose around the car on our own terms but John was happy to answer any questions. A lot of reviews mention the no pressure attitude and this is absolutely true - it seems like VCC make sure they’re selling quality cars and so let the cars do all the selling with the salesperson giving advice to compliment the experience rather than pushing you one way or another. Although the stars aligned and it was the perfect deal for us, from the atmosphere that the team created I wouldn’t have felt in any way awkward in walking away with no deal, which I haven’t always found to be the case with previous cars I’ve viewed We’ve come away with a great car at really good value for money and were also given a really fair price with no need to haggle on a part exchange. Couldn’t have asked for any more from the team, we travelled over 2 hours in the wind and rain specifically to see the car and it was worth every minute. Thank you VCC!

Great people. Make buying a car easy with no issues. They don't try and rip you off either and don't try to push you to buy something you don't want either. Good delivery service too and I would definitely recommend them!

Quick and simple service, love my gt86. Had to make a claim on the warranty due to a minor fault with the radio but even that was handled perfectly. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Not really sure where to start,these guys have bent over backwards fulfilling their warranty promise (3 months). As my budget could only extend to a 10 year old car,the car is now at that age where things start to fail and during my 3 months they did,and each time they lent me a courtesy car,which for me as I don't live in Norwich is a necessity. Would I recommend friends and family buying a car from here,100% YES!!!
