I always receive amazing service and the quality of the work is never in question from this branch. I’ve had several vehicles from them and I always choose to bring it in to this location for any services or work as they go above and beyond. This time I received a digital report and workshop video for my recent service which was fantastic.

The vehicle was collected on time for its annual service and returned, after have a much needed wash, by a pleasant gentleman who was polite and friendly. It was also given a health check, which is very informative, and an MOT which it easily passed. The price was competitive and staff were helpful with a gentle telephone call reminder the day before.

I would have happily given 5 stars as I was treated so very well. Abby was faultless with her customer care of me. A long day but car was MOT'd, Serviced, cleaned and small repairs completed in the one day. Although an automatic courtesy car had been booked for me unfortunately there wasn't one on the day which caused me to reorganise my schedule. That is the reason for the missing star.

Popped into the Hall Rd Norwich branch this morning as had an issue with the dipped beam on the car & was concerned with safety etc.
All I can say is in all my years of driving since 1986 I have never experienced such gold plated indeed platinum plated customer service. Friendly, welcoming, polite, professional I could go on & the issue with the car was sorted in a warp factor nine speed which was fab as I have to drive back to w Herts tonight.

I dropped by last minute to view a vehicle and the customer service was brilliant. The sales person i dealt with was Dylan Suwali and cannot recommend him enough. He did a sterling job looking after me and my wife throughout the while process of purchasing the car. The vehicle was used and had some very minor marks which were all put right before receiving the vehicle. I traded in my old vehicle and the whole process was seemless and process were competitive. I've bought a few cars in my time (13 to be exact) and the customer service I received on this purchase has been the best I've ever had. Personal Videos were sent to me of the body work being done where there were a few marks and I was kept informed throughout the whole process. During the purchase I did notice the rear lights seemed to have slight condensation in them. Dylan arranged to have it investigated during the preparation stage and later confirmed that the rear lights had suffered with some water ingress. A new set of rear lights were put on order by Dylan and the team and I was reassured throughout the whole process. Unfortunately the rear lights didn't arrive by the time I came to collect the vehicle but I was made aware of this before hand by another personal video and phone call to discuss my options. I could have chose to leave the car with them until the lights came in but I was happy to continue to with the purchase and was promised the service team would contact me in a few days to book the car back in to have the lights done. Sure enough I received my phone call and the car is booked in for the lights to be replaced. All in all a fantastic service and so far I am completely chuffed with my purchase. Car was booked in for MOT first job at 8 am. They rang day before to remind me. On arriving they were extremely efficient and job was done in just over an hour and that included checking tracking and air con refresh which was not on original speck but I asked if they could do it when I arrived. No issue with the service, MOT and Health Check (and work carried out as part of that check), communication from the staff was good - disappointed that the service light on the dashboard wasn’t switched off after service completed as they didn’t have the right reader to make this happen. I paid and was informed a manager would call to discuss a solution but as suspected this hasn’t happened.
Update - I have now been contacted by Thurlow Nunn and have been put in contact with someone to turn off the service light so in the light fairness I though I should update my review with a positive outcome - Thank you

At Norwich South Branch I had an Interum Service and MOT (also got brake fluid changed for extra money) booked via "Secret Service"
The whole experience was very good except for one issue. When I rang to make the appointment, I was told that I would receive a complimentary wash and vacuum and also this was confirmed by Lorraine when I checked the car in.
Therefore I was disappointed to find that this had not been done when I went to collect the car.
When I went to pay and asked the Man about it at the "Service Desk" and I pointed out that two Employees had confirmed I would receive the complimentary wash and vacuum, he replied "They must have been mistaken, we don't offer that on THAT level of service"
He said he would bring it up with his Manager.
I haven't received any communication/ apology to that effect ( as yet)
UPDATE : I have received an update and they have apologised for the error.
As it's a way to travel back for a wash and vac, they will be sending me a coupon I can use within a year for an Air con clean.

Great experience with Thurlow Nunn from start to finish.
Throughout the process Kirsty was great. Very attentive, helpful and honest. The car was recently MOT'd, serviced and wipers changed and in excellent condition for its usage.
I was sent several videos clearly showing the condition the car throughout (before and after it had been prepared with buffing etc). They happily delivered to South London, 170 miles away, which arrived by 11am, and on the day I was even sent another video of the car.
The finance checks and order forms were processed really quickly, which meant the car could have been on my drive just 2-3 days from first enquiry. It only took longer because I needed it delivered on a particular day.

Mixed feelings tbh. Had an appointment to test drive a car which was changed at the very last minute (10 mins before) owing to another customer apparently being an hour late..not my problem but suddenly became mine.
Anyway, agreed new time so no big issue until I was still waiting for another 20 past this time..
Tbf, the staff were all very busy and the receptionist deserves a big pay increase for the way she managed customers.
That all said and done, the sales team did eventually see me and were very helpful and apologetic. The overall experience wasnt too bad and I'd still go back. Was just annoying to have to rearrange my other appointments.
Perhaps this place would benefit from employing more staff to support?

My car was in with Thurlow Nunn for it's fourth year service and I wanted to keep up with the main dealer service stamps.
On making the appointment over the phone, I was surprised that I couldn't get it in for over a week, so be sure to plan ahead for any MOTs that's for sure.
Unlike other garages I've had experiences with over the years, they contacted me when the work had been done without having to chase them for updates. The work was a bit more expensive than a local garage but the service was worth it.
The reception area is very welcoming and there is a small seating area whilst waiting, complete with a TV to stay occupied somewhat.
Conversations with the staff show they are very knowledgeable and don't come across as pushy sales people.
Access to the premises is easy off of Hall Road, the only criticism would be that parking is rather tight because of the sheer amount of vehicles there.
Well recommended dealership, good service, friendly staff. I have no hesitation using them again.

I would recommend Thurlow Nunn to anyone who wants to buy a new/used car and wants to feel relaxed and not pressured and have a good sales experience. I purchased a Grandland X yesterday and couldn’t have been happier with my service from Kirsty. I originally was looking at the Grossland X but the back space for my children wasn’t big enough (because of the bulky car seats we have for our young children). I was allowed to bring in one of the car seats and test them in the cars which was nice because it’s all about you and they show that in there customer service. I had a test drive that same day of the Grandland X and I’m so pleased I went for this model it’s so roomy and lots and lots of space. Jason (one of the managers) introduced himself and had a chat with us which was nice and he done us an awesome deal so thank you 👍🏻. Can’t wait to get my new car thanks to Kirsty and Jason.

We part exchanged our existing car for a new one at this Vauxhall dealership. We were looked after wonderfully by staff member Dixie who was incredibly friendly and helpful in helping us choose the right car. Dixie explained everything from financial options to car features clearly and he gave us plenty of space and time to consider our options before making a final decision. We were able to test drive the car we wanted more the once and Dixie was more than happy to assist us at all times and answers all ours questions. Dixie didn’t pressure us at all and he was very relaxed and professional throughout. We would definitely recommend going here.

It's always a pleasure dealing with the staff at Hall Road as they are very polite, friendly and provide Exceptional Customer Service.
My car was booked in by Des to have two bulbs replaced today. To save me waiting all day, as it was likely to be just bulbs Des checked to see if i could be prioritised as a "while you wait" customer, so I could be free in 1 hour.
The bulbs were promptly replaced, but unfortunately the lift that my car was on stuck in the elevated position and could not be lowered.
The lift company could not fix it until Monday, so I was potentially stranded, car not moving!
Des immediately sorted a courtesy car to get me on my way, confirming the bulbs would be replaced free of charge (given my inconvenience) and apologised profusely.
I have owned other brands and experienced varying degrees of Customer Service over 30 years, but I have to say that I am completely blown away by Vauxhall and the Exceptional Customer Service provided by Des, Danni and everyone at Hall Road.
As a very happy Vauxhall Customer for the last 6 years I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Just wanted to say about the great service I received at your Thurlow Nunn branch in Norwich from Kirsty. I went in last Saturday to look at a second hand car. She was polite, courteous and made the process so simple. I didn't feel pressured at all during the sale and she was very patient while I was totting up the sums! Although I didn't get what I wanted for my old Corsa on trade-in and sold it privately for more, I still went ahead and bought the car. I picked it up today and love it to pieces. So I was after a specific car. Insignia estate vx line. Found one at this dealership. Now normally car sales people have a bit of a bad rep - pushy and annoying - so I was apprehensive dealing with someone over the phone.
Lucky for me I got a chap called Matt Crosby -
Matt made the transaction so easy answering all my questions and anything he didn't know he emailed the answer later that day. There was no hard sales pitch and he was down to earth.
I pretty much purchased the car over the phone based solely on his approach.
I took my little lad with me to make the final deal and the team there made him feel so welcome from the lady who brought him a hot chocolate and gave him the thumbs up to try out the cars in the showroom to Matt who took the time to speak to him as an individual.
In short buying a car is a majorly stressful life event. That said when i need another one I'll hunt Matt down.

I have since had a problem, called network q assist, had a few issues to start with but RAC came out when they could, they advised to take the car back to the dealer because of the fault codes. I contacted Thurlow Nunn, my problem is not quite solved just yet, but, in the interim, I have been so well looked after by Peter and his colleagues, they have gone above and beyond to make this whole scenario a lot easier for me!! I cannot thank you enough, hopefully, in the next few days I’ll have a fully functional car with no engine light!!!

Popped in to look at changing my car for a Corsa. Met a sesman called Dixie, who came outside to meet us in the rain. I explained that I fancied a Corsa like my wife's but was unsure which car to buy. He showed me a 2016 Corsa limited edition in white, it looked brand new. He got the keys and the car had done just over 4000 miles it was immaculate. He worked out the valuation of my car and actually showed us the print out of the valuation which is really unusual but he said they were totally transparent and I was impressed. Dixie then worked out the finance and managed to get it to the same monthly payment I was already paying, which sealed the deal. The whole experience was really enjoyable, he is a lovely guy and really attentive. I picked the car up and was blown away by how clean it was. Dixie talked me through all the different buttons and settings which made the drive home really enjoyable. We had been offered a test drive but my wife has the exact same car in a different colour so I knew what it was like to drive. I can highly recommend the staff at Thurlow Ninn South, they were professional, helpful and even during my purchase a lovely lady brought us a hot drink from the machine.
