My first visit here since I purchased a Mazda 3 months ago. Reason was for a product recall, which was sorted immediately. The job was an hour, but as I live very close I elected to walk home, have a coffee then walk back to collect the car. The staff were very helpful, giving good advice to a query I had about the car alarm

Purchased my little 2 on Monday with my personal plates. Wow how good was that. The staff are absolutely fantastic and everything went smoothly. All the paperwork dealt with efficiently and couldn’t fault the handling. Unfortunately I got hit by a large stone, whilst driving home. I ended up with 4 chips and as you can imagine I was upset. My hubby came in and they covered up the chips. They have ordered the colour so that hopefully it will look like new again soon! Loving this little car.

Excellent service from first contact with Sean to driving off the forecourt. I travelled by train and was picked up at the station and taken to the dealership. A very welcome cup of tea went down well on my arrival. All members of staff were very friendly and down to earth. Paperwork was done swiftly and effiently and I was on my way within the hour. My 2016 CX-5 still demonstrates the age old issue of diesel getting in to the sump. Whist my wife was away on the Norfolk Broads with a friend, the oil warning light came on despite the oil being below the X mark on the dipstick. As advised she didn't drive the car. Local dealers couldn't book the car in till early June (what use is that?) Wrights however fitted the car in as soon as they had a slot and changed the oil and filter under warranty. Great service, helpful friendly staff that went the extra mile to help. Well done Wrights. Shame this level of service is non existent in the South East

I travelled from Sevenoaks to Norwich to part exchange my car for a second hand car that Wights had taken in part exchange. I can recommend this firm, everything was as described on the telephone. minimal deposit to hold the car gave me confidence and all dealings were professional and the whole process very slick and as agreed. The car was presented extremly well and if anything exceeded my expectations, a decent test drive, decent RAC warranty and 12 months breakdown cover a very pleasant additional surprise - very impressed, many thanks

I got a flat just opposite Fifers Lane. My wheel brace was buckling trying to get the bolts off. I asked in Wrights if they could help. Sean was out in a flash and brought a huge wrench - didn't even let me do it. Got the tyre off for me and gave me a new wheel brace from a car that was going to be scrapped.
