Sales staff were fantastic during the pandemic. Recently had our cars second annual service and the staff and service I received were superb again. Complementary min valet and wash provided too. Parking is a bit of an ordeal, I'd consider going to Derby next time as the distance is about the same, but that might be tempting fate. I think I'll stick with Nottingham.

I brought a car from another dealership and it was transported this branch, which I have been dealing with for over 10 years. The vehicle had an issue which took an number of weeks and which was still an issue, however the manager and his team got me another car which was newer and even though it was more expensive due to the issue I had they kept the price the same and looked after me very well. Always over the years been looked after at this branch.

On the day arrived on time, the lovely lady explain what would happened and a rough time of collection. But said would call me when my car is ready. Car went in for a repair under warranty in Spring 2020, it was completed on time and great service as I've always had. However, a few weeks later, I discovered parts missing from the boot wheel well. I was promised replacements but they never materialised after I made several calls. I then get a phone call to book for a service & MOT when it was due, the last was 3 weeks ago and again a promise to resolve was given but again I never heard back! There was NO reason to gain access to the boot for the repair or to use the parts that went missing. Maybe it is a genuine error but the fact that is has not been rectified does not give confidence or good customer service after the complaint was made. *** Now has been resolved, came home and they had delivered the parts. It took a while but satisfied. A huge thank you to the lady I spoke to, I didn't catch your name but sorted it in 6 hours for me! ***

Really helpful staff,everybody says hello when you walk in and they don't chase you around hassling you, once I was ready Mr Hill took the time to look with me to get the right car I wanted, if you dont see a car in the notts branch they will look at other sites and get the car brought to Nottingham for you. Nice clean and Covid safe showroom. Paper work was straightforward and quick, Adrian explained everything. The call back a couple of days later to make sure your happy was a nice touch for person centred. Really happy with my new clean car!

Very good experience. Got the car I always wanted and in a very timely manner. Jordan and Jag were very helpful and made sure my new car was perfect for me. Unfortunately there are some on going problems with my car which it is having now to go back to BMW ( no fault of the dealership). The only difficulty was when I try and ring the dealership it is hard to get through to someone who i was dealing with or someone who knows whats is going on. Other than that, everything was great!

Matey had a Problem , with his newly bought , 3 year old 17 reg. Citroen Belingo van , after owning it for a mere 3 weeks , his onboard Screen started showing a triangle & Exclamation mark in middle , Then written text stating ; particulate filter , then going into Lymph mode .. on his courier rounds he called into a couple or 3 Small back Street garages , to stick on Their computer's , the outcome of the 3 garages was That Matey needs to look for A Adblue Pump & Fluid Chamber And possibly a new Adblue filler cap .... So matey called the dealers Bristol Street Motors Nutall Rd/Alfreton Rd For a Diagnostic Check , £60 if replaced & repaired in-house they squash £60 and just charge for Labour and Part And All They Did was ; . . run the DPF cleared The blockage in the Particulate Filter and Reset the vans onboard Computer .. Costing £154.00 inc. at a smidgen of the cost of the Wrongly diagnosed 3 times at Back Street Garages ... For parts and fitting alone was in excess Of £400/500 for secondhand Adblue pump and tank fitted .. IT PAYS TO GO TO MAIN DEALERS , ? ESPECIALLY FOR DIAGNOSTIC'S & FAULT FINDING .....

After posting this review with considerable regret, the next morning a member of senior management who had been unaware of the problem, telephoned me. He then personally collected the car from my home, had it repaired the same day and personally returned it to me. It is a great shame that the situation developed in the first place, but once the Service Manager, Neil Offley, became aware the service was beyond first-class. The original review is, "Michael in Sales was courteous, attentive and a pleasure to meet. However, I am very sorry to say that 12 months to the week after I first reported a persistent rattle behind the dashboard to Service and it was agreed to be a warranty repair, it is still unattended despite numerous visits and being given endless 'reasons' by Reception such as waiting for Citroen to approve the repair. Now after 12 months I am told that I will need to leave the car for two weeks and no loan car. Even so, e-mails asking for a booking are ignored, telephone callbacks never happen and visits take me a two hour journey to achieve very little. Citroen UK say they will extend the warranty but none of us have been able to persuade the dealer to do it. I bought my first Citroen, a ZX in 1996 and we are very pleased with this C4, the rattle excepted." With the service we have been given today, we remain a customer and I am sure things will be better in the future.

Saw a car advertised by BSM, left a messaged and was called back within a couple of hours during a very busy Xmas period. Sooch the dealership manager was very polite, clear and efficient. Left a deposit, documents were ready and sent over by email. Car was as described upon viewing, Adam Booth had the car prepped and made us feel very welcome even with my 1 Year old running around the showroom. I have purchased altogether now three cars from Bristol Street Citroen in Nottingham One Hyundai and two Citroen C3, Have had nothing but exemplary service from both sales staff and after sales dept. Had a manufacturer's recall on first C3, this was remedied whilst I waited, car valeted together with free health check ( car not me!). Free coffee coming out my ears. Latest purchase a C3 exclusive 3 years old with only two thousand miles!! How do they find these things. Will always go back to them. Brilliant team.
