If your after a lotus or want to see what other high end cars they have I highly recommend taking a trip down to central lotus, very friendly and attentive staff. I travelled from Cheshire to purchase my lotus from them and it was worth travelling for the warm welcome and none judgemental approach from them. Well worth a visit!!

I have been to Central Lotus in Nottingham to see the new Lotus Emira in the flesh for viewing as I have ordered one and this was my first chance to see the car, I was kindly picked up at the train station by the garage and taken to the showroom, I was left alone by them so I could view the vehicle in my own time and go through everything, when needed they were very responsive, although my vehicle is still on order the visit was well worth it and enjoyable.

Friendly dealership with knowledgeable and very helpful staff. Test drove the Emira demonstrator, fantastic car.

I have owned three Lotus but new to Central Lotus. I couldn’t be happier with the after sales service received from them, looking after me and my Lotus with great care. The customer service and attention to detail has been second to none. They say first impressions count and from my initial dealings with Charley and Adam on the telephone, to the in person dealings with Connor and team on the day to sort an issue not of their making, their warm and friendly approach couldn’t have been better. They picked me up from the station and brought me back to the warmth of their showroom. My Exige was waiting for me glowing bright orange in the winter sunshine pouring into the showroom. These guys know know their stuff. Connor was expert in all directions: paperwork, car, Lotus Co, after sales. With plenty of answers to my most stupid numpty questions. Worth the 120 mile trip. Even filled my tank ready for my long trip back to Kent. Am I pleased with my 350 sport? I had ordered a Caterham 620 but it didn’t happen. I’m almost at the point of sending Caterham a thank you card. Lovely helpful friendly experience from my first call. Central Lotus, thanks so much.

Wow, where to start! I met Connor and Andy a year ago for my first experience with the Lotus brand and after conversations with both Connor and Andy, I quickly realised their passion for the brand. After being educated on the brand, ultimately, I fell in Love with lotus and realised this was going to be the car for me. A year later myself and my partner went back to Central Lotus and were greeted by Connor and Charley who looked after us immensely well and whilst Charley and my Partner spoke about their favourite dogs, myself and Connor went for a drive in my new car. Instantly I fell in love and have now secured the car. If you’re looking for a Lotus look no further and see Central first! Great communication from good people who are Lotus enthusiasts Just had my Elise Sport 190 serviced here and I am thinking why didn't I come here before? Reasonable prices, but so good to talk to people who know about these cars. Adam in servicing was super. Almost bought a new Exige thanks to Connor, and these guys were so generous in letting me test drive. Not pushy either. Strongly recommend for all Lotus needs.

I had a sour experience with a different Lotus dealership, so I came over to Central Lotus and bought a new Final Edition Elise from them. I’ve recently purchased a used Exige Roadster from Central Lotus. Having been in the motor trade for a number of years previously, I know how many garages simply do the bare minimum. Central Lotus is very much a different breed. Andy Bradbury, director of the business, was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The car was prepped to a very high standard, exactly as described over the phone and the handover experience was superb. Andy’s knowledge and passion for the Lotus brand is clear and the showroom was immaculate with an incredible array of cars. I left my coat and house keys at the dealership in excitement to drive away, 100 miles from my home and Andy agreed to post these back to me. He went above and beyond anything expected and delivered them to my door himself. I can’t recommend Central Lotus enough. From start to finish, what could have been a mediocre transaction, was a real event. Incredible cars, incredible dealership and the finest service I’ve received. Thanks Andy and all your team.
