Good service. Only plomlem is don't tell you about add on .you buy two tyres and pay a charge for disposal of old tyres then charge for disposal off parts has well. Give a quote for work 216 pounds with add on work out 266 pounds. Why not tell you about extras

I thought I had slow leak and I would need a tyre change. F 1 were careful to check the tyre, and tested it for pressure retention. They found no fault and did not push me into buying new tyre (which they could have easily done). There was no charge for their excellent service. Integrity.

I used formula one in Bulwell this morning for my MOT and I was very pleased with the service I received! I am usually anxious attending a garage as a woman on her own (I don't know a lot about cars either), nevertheless the guys serving me were very kind and explained the advisories they found to me, and put no pressure on me to have the advisories recitified there and then by themselves (which I worry about sometimes!) And for £26 you can't go wrong. I would definitely recommend this garage to my friends and family. Only pointer would be I selected the free 10-point spring check and I never recieved any information or documentation to say this was done, so I'm not entirely sure it was.

The Bulwell Nottingham Depot, ive used on many occasions. On my Range Rover & my BMW from having tyres being fitted to engine oil & filter changes. Even tricky halo bulb replacements. I have found the staff & there level of service to be both exemplary & professional. I would highly recommend F1 autocentres, in Bulwell, Nottingham.

I needed new brake pads, I called up Friday and they told me to bring it in on Saturday morning at 8:30, they called around 30 minutes later to tell us that they had completed the brake check and gave me a price for what needed doing, at 10:30 they rang and told me they had finished! The price was reasonable and the staff were very friendly, i will definitely be using this place for my MOT and Service every year and any other repairs I need!

I've been in for a few different jobs over the last couple of weeks on an old car I've just bought. The service has been fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble. I can't fault them and will definitely use them again.

I booked two of our cars in for aircon regas and paid via PayPal, really easy to do .we then had to ring the centre to book the time slots again straight forward and easy. Took the first car in and it was finished at the promised time. The guy behind the desk was polite but didn't have a clue what to do regarding the PayPal transaction (even though I took along printouts and had it on my phone) this took a few moments to sort out then all good to leave the second car for same job.when we arrived there was a car parked near the entrance door with several people working on the font wheel bearing area, one was the car owner and one who worked for the centre, none were social distancing and no masks worn, but that's not my concern. We then went in to collect our car and again it must have been the first time this different guy had seen a PayPal transaction, he struggled to find what he wanted on the computer, I couldn't hear him very well as he was wearing a mask ,so I leaned on the counter to get a little closer, still but still over 2 metres away. The sarcastic retort to this was "Don't lean on the counter mate ,I don't know if you're aware there's a bit of a bug going round. My thoughts to this are Yes I shouldn't have leaned on the counter, but get your own act together first ,put your own house in order. Sarcasm is a luxury that business cannot afford. The job done on both cars was perfect no complaints there, but there are many many many other place I could go to

I used the online tyre service it was easy to use and when I phoned up to confirm my appointment they were able to tweak it to a time to suit me. The staff were all friendly and helpful and fitted my tyres quickly and left my car tidier than when I had brought it.

Took the car to get the tyres changed, swapped them over but failed to call me leaving it to me to walk back and collect the car. Also found out they overtorqued the wheel nuts when trying to change a CV joint myself which I wasn’t happy about. Friendly staff though.

Top guys there. Bought Cooper tyres and was given the Cooper warranty that if a tyre cannot be fixed it will be replaced. Formula one honored that warranty as I had a nail in the edge of the tyre and they replaced my tyre.

To day 16th Feb when I took my car back for the new tyres, the service was very good. I must say that it wasn't Ians fault that the tyre was damaged but I was put out in having to go back for a second time.

Called in of chance about a noise from front wheels.(I suspected wheel bearing) a mechanic took my car for a test drive . Then on to a ramp were he looked around the front wheels . Asked if I had any work done on car. Replied new front tyres (from a garage near were I work) . He then check the wheel nuts. To my horror they was loose. He tightened them up . Saving me hundreds of pounds and maybe my life. As I travel a lot on motorway.. I will certainly be taking my car to these guys in the future. Can't thank them enough

I cannot thank the branch enough. We all moan about bad service but the Bulwell branch went out of the way to help my parents when they had to have their car fixed. My parents are elderly and my dad cannot walk far due to illness. They put their car in early for their MOT and were not aware of the new changes which meant they couldn't drive their car back. The branch arranged transport home and then arranged to have them collected again to pick it back up. It might be a little thing for most people but for my parents this was a major relief. Fantastic customer service.

I booked my car in to have my brake pads changed as I thought they needed changing and I must admit I have had a few times before at other garages where I'm sure they just replaced my brake pads even though it wasn't needed but at formula 1 autocentre bulwell the honest staff rang me and said my brakes were fine and had also tried to fix a problem ( for free ) with a sensor . The staff there are honest , trustworthy , courteous and I would and have told everyone I know that formula 1 autocentre is the best place to go . I have used them for years and thus experience has made sure I will carry on using them for many more years.

Took 2 and a half hours to change 2 tyres and to check the tracking. They were incredibly busy and short staffed that day to be fair to them. One wheel centre cap was broken in the process of changing the tyres and stuck back on which has now come off while driving so has cost me another £45 to replace this
