Bought a motor home from Fullers there was no sales pressure. Rob bought us a coffee out to the motorhome and left us alone while we sat inside to discuss what we wanted to do. While writing this review we are still due to collect the motorhome Fullers give their motorhomes the full works before they let you collect them so I'll edit the review later. We have collected the motorhome even though the staff are great we did not get the full works as promised. All major checks ✔ done but the vallet inside was not done and repairs inside not done we was told the scratches would be taken care off was not shelf missing in cooker a missing bracket in bathroom a fridge door shelf missing. It,s taken me a week to fully vallet the inside but at least now it,s done to a high standard and not cat lickx

I have recently purchased my second motorhome from Fullers at Gunthorpe. My wife and I have been motorhoming for around thirty years and in that time have had dealings with numerous dealers, Fullers sit right there at the top for good service. From the sale to after care they have always impressed us. Yes there have been defects that came to light with use but when informed of these the workshop team have excelled in their customer care response. My wife and I can not praise this company high enough and would not hesitate recommending them to anyone.

From looking for a 2 berth caravan to buying was an easy experience. Rob in sales made things easy for us he gave us the keys took us to the caravan and left us alone to have a good inspection. Rob came back around 20 minutes later and took us through the caravan all fittings and fixtures. He told us the caravan will go through a full service and habitation check before handover. We agreed to buy and a month later returned to collect the caravan. We had a cuppa with Rob who in turn introduced us to Dave from servicing. Dave took us around to the caravan which was hooked up to electric, water and gas. Dave took us through all operations the heating, cooking and water system. 2 new tyres had been fitted as the 5 year date would have fallen within the warranty period so they changed them. After 2 hours and a full working tour of the caravan we hitched up checked all the lights at the rear of the caravan said our byes and set off home. From start to finish we were given 5 star treatment. Cannot recommend Fullers enough. Thank you Rob and Dave for all your personal care and attention..

I bought a 2015 Elddis Majestic 175 (Marquis) from Fullers in November 2021 and the buying experience was smooth and professional. The motorhome was prepared thoroughly and the handover was as comprehensive as anyone could wish for. Yesterday (March 7) after taking out of winter storage I rang Fullers regarding a few minor issues concerning a tyre, a wiper blade and a small handbrake adjustment. I took the vehicle straight in and have collected it 24hours later with a brand new tyre, 2 new wiper blades and a fully adjusted handbrake (not just cable). Never before have I had such service from a dealer. Well worth a mention. Every member of staff I encountered was eager to please.

I have been in sales over 40 years now and It is sad to say that service as good as i got at Fuller Leisure is so rare today. What a great bunch of people, I knew when we visited them on the 18th of July 21 and put a deposit on our motorhome I had bought from the right people. On collection it was clear no effort had been spared to prepare the vehicle for me. It is evident all the staff enjoy working hear and are proud of what they do, this was clearly exhibited when we were taken round our vehicle and all was explained in as much detail as we needed with no pressure on time. It’s taken some months to write this review as it’s easy to review a business after a sale. After all most companies are ok at the sale side. What makes a company is the after service and this is where I have needed to test Fuller. You need stuff to go wrong months later to suss out what the customer service is REALLY like. Lockdowns made it impossible to really follow the rules of warranty and we really needed Fuller to be flexible and I’m pleased to report they have been. They have been prompt in their communication and fair in their dealings with us. The actual sales experience was 1st class with all little tweaks we asked them to do to the van done on collection. The 1st night in Sept 2020 we camped nearby to be near incase of any issues and there was a couple of issues. We were about to set off to Scotland immediately but the service part was shut. The salesman (not the same one we dealt with on purchase) was so unbelievably helpful. Even phoning the service team up on their day off so he could be talked through a problem. We were then able to set off issue free on holiday. Sadly after this we went pretty much into lockdown but when we noticed another fault months later with oven Fullers were flexible due to the stay local/athome orders to allow us someone else to fix. No problem. Price of van was expensive and slightly over priced but you get what you pay for and they are a 1st class dealership who now they have treated us fairly they have our custom again now in the future should we wish to upgrade in the years to come. So yes the review is late but the customer service side is tested so I am happy to give them a well deserved 5 stars.

Having bought a motorhome in lockdown we had our first crisis when the gas started leaking out. A phone call to Fuller's was put through to Dave a technical guy who talked me through the shut off procedure. We booked into Fuller's for a repair and the service was so friendly. Fuller's take their after sales care seriously and bent over backwards to make the experience as calm and reassuring as possible. I just bought a motorhome from these guys and travelled down to pick it up. I didn’t see it before I bought it but my family checked it out for me and recommended it. I have to say when I came down the guys were brilliant. The van had been valeted and looked amazing with additional things such as a new fire extinguisher and new tyres put on for me. Dave spent several hours taking me through how everything worked and Rob was also so helpful and organised it all. I can honestly say this is the best customer service I have ever had anywhere. Myself and partner , after looking everywhere for a motorhome finally took the plunge and purchased a Autotrail Apache in July 2020. From day 1 up to the present we are so happy that we took that decision . The sales process was conducted with no pressure by Martin who was diligent , empathetic to our. requirements and understanding of what we wanted . Basically we wanted the right interior. After a little while the type we wanted became available. Martin who dealt with the sale displayed all of the qualities already mentioned. I have to also state that the service provided by the back up team(I don't know the individuals titles) but they are namely David and his colleague Nathan , have both been superb and are an example of what service is all about. Purchased a motorhome just before the 2nd lockdown. Rob (the sales guy) was very professional with great communication and was very helpful! Everything was done to the van before it was ready for pick up, in fact, they seemed to go 'over and above' what was expected, making sure that the van was in tip top condition for me! Had an issue with the TV signal and a leak on the hot water system but they were super helpful and had it back in straight away and sorted them out, no problem! Nathan in the service/maintenance department was very knowledgeable, professional and eager to sort out any issues! Nathan also did a cracking handover when I originally picked the van up! We have just sold our caravan to Fuller Motorhomes and Caravans. Having decided caravanning was not for us we approached several dealers to buy our 4 year old Swift caravan from us. Whilst all of them were very helpful Steve at Fuller Motorhomes and Caravans was the best. He was most helpful with advice on how to sell all the various accessories we have and no longer need. We agreed a provisional figure which was most acceptable to us and in our opinion made the 'selling it privately' option a lot of work and uncertainty and a no brainer. He gave us an overview of how they operated and then rang back with a more than acceptable valuation with cash being deposited directly into our account upon conclusion of the deal. This was on the Wednesday and on the following Monday Steve arrived to check the motorhome over before depositing the cash and driving it away. All covid protocols were followed at all times. An absolute delight to deal with. Why aren't all vehicle sales this professional and straight forward?

We subsequently had to return with some minor faults to be addressed. My motorhome suffered an issue with the accelerator cable near the diesel inlet pump on the engine which was removed by Lindleys garage in Notts to do some work but they had not replaced it correctly. It failed with in 2 days and 4 miles of having the work done and on my way to the channel tunnel! I pulled in to Lowdhams caravan as it was the next turning and I told the service team my emergency issue and I was heading the Euro tunnel and I needed help and the old moron said 'I can book you in for September - another rubbish service experience by Lowdhams. I then left and saw Fullers garage who realised i was in need of help and they fixed my issue swiftly by assigning one of the garage team called Steve who was very patient, understanding and helpfand got the job done. I.m now in Spain as I made my Euro tunnel booking. THANKS STEVE FROM FULLERS👍🏻

Caravan purhased 18th March 2020 Wow! I don't know where to begin. From Rob answering my initial phone call to driving away with our wonderful used caravan, Fullers' customer service has been 100% positive. Rob said they would look after us and they did. Dave serviced and prepared our caravan for collection to the highest standard, making sure he'd thought of absolutely everything. The presentation of the caravan when we arrived on our collection date was lovely and the demonstration of the caravan was very thorough. Both Rob and Dave made the whole slightly daunting (for me anyway 😃) process of buying a used caravan an absolute breeze and nothing was too much trouble. We left Fullers on collection day with our new purchase slightly dazed (in a good way). Thank you both so much for looking after us so well. Update 19th May 2020 As yet we've not had the chance to actually take the caravan out to test it due to the current situation with Covid-19. However, I feel fairly confident that should we come across any problems, they will be dealt with promptly.
