B. H.In these difficult times during Covid all the staff who i could only meet by phone showed exceptional friendliness and help. From finding the car, negotiating price, dealing with contracts and payment, videos along the way not just to see the car but on delivery I received a handover video as well. Whilst never would have been as good as meeting all the keen and friendly staff in person it was still a great experience. They all spoke as if they had a smile on their face and as if they knew me well.
