I thought I had an agreement to purchase a car (confirmed insurance etc) and assured that other test drives had been suspended - to be rung the evening before collection and told they had sold to another buyer. I had offered to pay a deposit and the offer was declined (that should have rung alarm bells) . I acknowledge it is the prerogative of any seller to sell to whomever they wish but nonetheless disappointed

Bought my car from here. Great customer service. When left waiting I was offered cups of tea or coffee. It's the little things. All the staff seem to have great morale and all seem to get on great. I'm also very happy with how everything was discussed with me in details. I wasn't pestered to buy. They wanted to make sure the car met my needs. I will definitely be going back when it's time for a new car.

Great service!!! Had a fault on my vehicle which another two garages had made worse and charged me £1300 for repairs which didn’t work, plus kept it in for nearly 4 weeks. Took it to John Harrison they repaired all the faulty work carried out at a very reasonable price and kept me informed every step of the way. Would definitely recommend them. Thanks again.

Excellent customer service! I dealt with Simon who was superb throughout. He did everything I asked, was polite and helpful, never pushy and always called when he said he would. Ive had numerous bad experiences with car dealerships but this was by far the best. I would recommend to anyone and would happily use again...even though I live in Edinburgh.

I recent purchased a Vauxhaul Corsa for my daughter, a 2012 special edition, from the garage in Lowdham and was very happy with the quality of the vehicle and the care and attention they gave us as buyers. Visited the showroom last Sunday, having seen a particular car on Autotrader, that week. Greeted straight away by Cameron who showed me the car and let me test drive the vehicle at my own pace, we then talked through different finance options, which were better than the broker i had spoken to previously, John Harrison offered me a better part ex deal than another dealership I was going to use to sell my car, their finance rates are fantastic, no hidden fees, everything was explained fully and very transparent, i was left to look at two finance examples to see which would be better, I wasn't rushed or hurried into a decision, safe to say i signed on the dotted line, there was no quibbling or hard sell from Cameron, highly recommended. I have bought a lot of cars in the past and this is the best level of service I have experienced. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Finally found a Peugeot garage that actually cares about customer service. Ian is an amazing guy. Couldn’t be more helpful. The service here is second to none. So much better than the Peugeot dealers in Mansfield. I will be using this garage from now on and avoiding evens halshaw Peugeot dealers in Mansfield. You won’t be disappointed with T C Harrison.

This is not about the company this is about the people who make the experience of buying from this company a bit special. You are made to feel that your custom is valued from your first meeting with Cameron to the handover by George. Prices are fair and part exchange very good. We took our motorhome to John Harrison for a first interim service on the 9th February 2017. The customer service we received was second to none. The reception staff, as on a previous visit, were so helpful and welcoming and we were given free coffee while we waited.
