I brought my first new caravan from Kimberly caravans and Everyone at Kimberly caravans has been amazing. So friendly and helpful.I would like to say that the sales guy Matt was outstanding in all aspects of the sale from me approaching him when just looking around to the handover. Matt is a credit to Kimberly there wasn’t any sales pressure what so ever he was just full of great advice and knowledge. Thank you so much Matt and all of the team. It was our first time buying a caravan and our first visit to even have a look around at some, but after spending some time with a lovely gentleman called Richard we found one that we loved and decided to purchase there and then! Richard has exceptional customer service skills and knows how to put the customer at ease, he's also honest which we appreciated and listens which is so important! Our first visit was a lovely experience. When it came to collection there was a couple of hiccups, however I always feel that the best customer service experience doesn't necessarily happen when things go right but sometimes when things might go wrong and it's about how it's dealt with. A special mention for Jordan, as she was amazing, spending a lot of her time trying to help and I really felt she went that extra mile. There was never any excuses, only apologies and attempts to help correct the situation. The next day we met Colin which in itself was an experience lol! A fantastic gentleman who really looked after us and took his time explaining everything during the handover whilst enjoying a bit of banter and some laughs at the same time. Couldn't have asked more from him. I can see many reviews mentioning Matt, however I highly recommend requesting the expertise and customer service skills of Colin and Richard. As a customer service advisor myself who is very passionate about customer service, they offer some of the best customer service that I've ever experienced. I wouldn't hesitate going back there again. We felt safe in their hands, we trust them and had overall a very enjoyable experience getting our first ever caravan.

I only visited to exchange a patio gas bottle, I found the staff extremely helpful, they were fairly busy at the time and the car park isn't the largest but spaces were available a good part is the lift up to the sales desk. A criticism would be a signage for customers who only wish to exchange bottles.. If they exist they are not obvious. As the entrance to this department is at the back of the first building on the left.

We recently purchased a caravan from Kimberly caravans we were looked after by Matt and was not disappointed with the service we received. Initially when looking at vans on the web we were reluctant to buy from a company, thinking that we would get better value for money buying privately but this was not the case. The prices here are very competitive but not only that you get excellent knowledge, experience, warranty and good after sales care. We also had piece of mind knowing that the van had had a full service and damp check before we drove off. We were also able to part chop our old van for a good price to. Upon collection Matt had pre heated the van had all the lovely lights on and spent about 2 and half hours with us going through all of the features and showing us how everything worked , nothing was too much trouble, Matt has changed our opinion on sales man he was genuinely a nice guy we would definitely recommend asking for Matt.

Very busy but we managed to find a van we loved.Love being able to look round the vans without interference from sales people .Bought the van very easy to do all relevant paperwork sales team very friendly. Dog friendly we took our little dog with us and had no problems looking round .This is the 3rd van we bought from here never had a problem .Only downside for us is that we have to wait a month to pick it up due to them being very busy .They are servicing it and doing any bits on it that may need doing .We also part exchanged our old van and got a good price .

It went back to the manufacturer, they did not resolve the issues fully, Kimberley Nottingham did. The support we received from Kimberley has been superb. My thanks to Jason and Loretta and the service team for your efforts to resolve the issues. My experience with Kimberley Nottingham has been excellent and l highly recommend them.

Recently ordered a caravan in October 21 for delivery January to march. through no fault of there own the delivery was pushed back to June due to a fire within the parts factory. the staff couldn't have been more helpful in refunding our deposit which enabled us to buy a different caravan elsewhere , Jordan was particularly helpful. and lastly whenever we visit the shop everyone is pleasant and helpful, the tips they give have helped us no end on our travels.

We were offered this ordered caravan back in June 2021 after a buyer had dropped out the sale, unfortunately its taken until February 2022 to actually get the caravan, however the Xplore 304 is lovely , even though the pull out bed slats broke on first use! Not a very good start to our travels.

Had a very good trip to kimberley caravans yesterday, very easy to find just 5 minutes from M1. Very polite staff on entering building. We met with Matt who we had booked appointment with. He was very polite and showed us around the caravans to show the layouts and different specs. He wasn't pushy and understood what we wanted and gave us time on our own to think about vans we'd seen. There was no rushing us but we had one van in mind which is not yet in stock but one with the same layout. So placed an order with them. Accessories are sold. They are a family run firm but have their own workshops. So any problems they can fix it for you. They have a Darlington branch which has a good choice of used motorhomes. The shop upstairs at Kimberly has lots of bits and bobs for caravans,so if anything breaks it's possible they'll have a replacement. They sell a lot of camping gear from Duverlay sleeping bags to comfy chairs.

Went to pick up our new Swift Icon Trend T8 yesterday from Kimberley Caravans, Nottingham. When we arrived we were met by a lovely young man called Riley. He went through the handover with us. He was both pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and he was more than happy to go through the information again if required. He ensured all our additional purchases were stored in the van. All in all, from start to finish, we were looked after extremely well by Matthew, Riley and Jordan and we would not hesitate in recommending Kimberley Caravans to family/friends if they were interested. Sales department are great and Jason the salesman really looks after us. Would have been a 5 star, but the after sales needs improvement. Caravan has had 2 services there.... Both times the caravan went in fine and then came out broken. 2 holidays ruined now due to no fridge, not lights, no water pump, no toilet flush. Understandably hard to diagnose over the phone but I would hope more due diligence is taken in future

We have used these for the first time selling our motor home and buying a caravan. Sales people are very good at their job, after we bought the caravan it went into the garage for a few repairs, all done no problem. Then came the valeting, very poor. Long story cut short it was recommended for another valet by a manager, but. The women that asks about why the caravan has come back was informed about the valet and became very rude shouting that it will not be done as they dont have time. We left and was told it will be done. Returned to pick it up and, you got it, it was not done. I would personally not recommend the compamy due to the very rude attitude she had towards my husband. Pity because most of the other staff are polite.

Went to Kimberly caravans after researching the caravan I wanted, Kimberley Caravans have their own ‘upgraded’ model and I was keen to view. I was put in the capable hands of Matt Wilkinson. From the outset I felt comfortable dealing with Matt, polite and professional, and most importantly none of this ‘Sales’ milarki. He answered all of my questions with obvious knowledge of the caravan, explained everything and the benefits of the Kimberley upgrade model in comparison to the base rate model. On inspection these upgrades are well worth it for the little extra price (very little) and again the costs were explained at every stage as my purchase progressed. I explained that even though I was keen to buy that I wanted to think about it…. Again, no pressure, after spending a good half hour with me he simply handed me his card with direct ‘WhatsApp’ contact number and said I was welcome to contact him in the event that I wanted to proceed. Even though I was keen to buy I am a person who doesn’t buy with my heart but this was simply to much of a opportunity to pass and why throw something you really want away..?? So that’s it…. My caravan gets delivered in a month or so , I’m one very happy customer and I honestly could not recommend Matt and Kimberley Caravans enough.

Bought our used Bailey Approach Advance 665 and very pleased to say how helpful, honest and supportive Jason in sales was throughout the buying process in replying promptly to emails and phone calls. The handover by Dan was informative, knowledgeable and hats off to his patience with my plethora of questions. I cannot praise this company enough. I contacted the Darlington branch. Firstly Matt ensured that the motor mover we needed urgently was organised, packed and DHL were contacted to collect it for next day delivery. Then DHL only delivered two of the three packages so I contacted Kimberley Caravans again and Simon and Nick became involved ensuring that DHL were contacted to find out what was happening, chasing them to make sure the last package was delivered the following day and to request a refund for the delivery on my behalf. I cannot speak too highly of the team that assisted us in what was an urgent need to get the new motor mover delivered so that it could be fitted before we went on holiday two days later. I will certainly be using them again

Getting ready for first trip of the season in our new (to us) caravan, we argued with a speed bump and had to replace its safety brake cable and jockey wheel. Took it back to Kimberley on a Friday afternoon; place was chock-a-block with cars and vans and anxious owners, yet we were attended to sympathetically and immediately. We bought replacements which were fitted there and then with no fuss, good humour and with good advice into the bargain, all within the hour. Went in to buy some sealant for my caravan. Unfortunately, they were out of stock. The gentleman in the shop was very helpful and chatted through different options, but could not help with an alternative. As I was leaving o decided to pop into the service department to see if they could recommend a product. A young lady in reception spoke to one of the technician and he advised what they used in the workshop. When I asked if I could buy some, it was not a problem and solved my problem at a reasonable price. Part exchanged our caravan with Kimberley - when we went away for 10 days soon afterwards there were a few problems with the van - the main one being the toilet leaking - therefore no toilet on our 10 day holiday - not ideal.... and also the pump was missing from our new air awning, and a few other issues. Martin had a pump couriered to our campsite so we could put up our awning , and arranged for us to drop the van off for the other issues to be sorted on our return. The van was then ready to collect the next day . A shame we had the problems - but Kimberley & particularly Martin were extremely helpful and corrected the issues quickly . Will definately go there again if we buy another Van.
