We bought a used caravan from here and the service was excellent. Our sales person was Phil Howard and he couldn’t be anymore patient and helpful. When we were in the process of buying he kept us updated and made the whole journey a pleasure. Also when we collected it the handover was extremely comprehensive and he gave us hints and tips from his many years experience. We can’t recommend Lowdhams enough and will definitely be using them again..

Cannot fault most of our visit, we came after much research and looked for someone for more info about the Adria 640 twin camper. We fell into the clutches of Grant, who relieved us of lots of money in such a delightful way! Everybody who we asked for help did so with a smile, the guy who did our walk around knew his stuff as did the young "Mr fixer" of all thing minor and minute, learning that the "door open" light wasn't necessarily the door highlighted that was open. Gas was the only issue we had. We found there was none in the vehicle and Lowdhams wouldn't supply any, which i thought pretty poor considering how much we had just paid out! Thank you Grant for pointing me in the general direction of where to look.

My own experience of Lowdhams is positive. We bought a new caravan, it was delayed by a couple of months due to the economic circumstances but Bryan was very good with us and kept us informed. The handover was smooth, and a night on their rally field f.o.c was delightful and gave us an opportunity to identify any snagging at an early stage. Bryan is not a caravaner and this showed slightly with his knowledge, but any technical issues were addressed by his colleagues. I hope the service department, and afters ales is up to the sales department. We'll done Bryan.

This place is pretty epic tbh. Everything you could want for camping/caravanning/motorhoming. Caravans on display not much less than 15k+ so if your budget is below this, probably not your thing. Loved that the vans are open so you can explore without having to ask for keys and face hard selling. In fact the staff are very relaxed here as well as being very knowledgeable and accommodating if you do need help.

I must say, we cannot fault the superb service that Mark Clayton and the team have given us. We purchased our first caravan from them in August 2010. We had it serviced in March of last year and the service engineer picked up a couple of issues, which required resolving, but not urgently. It was agreed with Mark and the team to take the van back to them when we had finished using it for the summer for the issues to be resolved. This was done and the work was 95% completed (even through a couple of Covid spells). The last problem was a leaking toilet, which we could not find an answer of solving the leak. Yesterday, we took the faulty toilet cassette over to Lowdhams and Mark gave us a brand new toilet cassette in return! Out of warranty, but problem was sorted with professionalism and brilliant customer service. Would we use Lowdhams again, Definitely!!.

The staff at Lowdhams have always been friendly, courteous and knowledgable. When you are looking around they don't pester you and leave to you view at your leisure. They can't help enough if you have a question and do what they can to ensure you get the answer. We spoke with Phil Howard who was great and helped us out tremendously. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lowdhams to anyone looking for a new caravan or motorhome.

I have been massively underwhelmed by this place before, slightly overpriced and unhelpful. However, Dean in the awning department has been amazing, going absolutely above and beyond. We were missing some part for our awning and 2 days away from going on holiday. Dean sorted us out, and was more reasonably priced than I’d expected. If your in the market for a new awning, or need parts or just some advice, just ask for Dean!

Would like to give a positive review of Lowdam's and in particular Richard. We were a very awkward customer simply as we were indecisive and changed deposits and caravan choice numerous times. Richard was patient and understanding and never once piqued over our mind changing. He changed our deposit over numerous times without question and at the end did us a good deal on a van, which we never ended up buying. He then refunded our deposit without any hassle and wished us well. I would purposefully shop at Lowdam's now before any other supplier because of this level of service. I hope all their sales staff are as good and i wish it was the same at other Caravan suppliers. Well done Lowdham's.

Very nice people. Shop is reasonably priced with comprehensive selection of camping accessories. Covid secure. Good selection of caravans and motorhomes. Service people are lovely. Their "rally field" is a bit grim, but does the job (it's raining cats and dogs at the moment!).

A little disappointed. We bought a motorhome last year and discovered a few problems that require attention and subsequently phoned and emailed. Although the pandemic has certainly not helped, we have found the response and aftercare at Lowdhams to be somewhat lacking. Yes we feel rather dissatisfied and disappointed.

Ordered a replacement Isabella carbon fibre pole and bayonet fitting. The parts were ordered from Isabella and arrived a few days later at Lowdham Leisureworld Nottingham. I dealt with a chap called Ben and he was so helpful in keeping me updated and even fitted the bayonet fitting to the pole I brought in. Great customer service and highly recommend

It was half an hour away from where we were staying, the nearest dealership to home is an hour away. It is also dog friendly which is a great asset. The accessories shop was well stocked and we were able to get what we wanted.

There Services on your caravan or motahome are fantastic you can ask about any thing. And they also do a services plan , you pay so much a month and then you havant got a big bill when you're caravan or motahome go's in for its service.

Sales staff are good, after sales are also good on the surface, respectful and pleasant however the quality of work done in their workshops lacks thoroughness and care and nothing seems to be their fault if you report problems. Higher level staff seem unable to see past a problem being the customers fault, so much for customer care.

Lowdham's after sales is amazing, thanks to Ant' . We were on a site in Nottingham treating the Grand-kids to a holiday. It was the first time out in the caravan when the water pump packed up. We rang the out of hours advice line and spoke to Ant' . The very next morning he turned up on our site with a brand new water pump for us and fixed the problem. What makes this even more special is it was Ant's weekend off, yet he still came up trumps. This good deed is well above the call of duty and is to be applauded. a huge and hearty thank you from us. I went in the shop part upstairs, however, there is a spares and repairs workshop downstairs. In the shop is probably everything you would need for camping, tenting or caravaning. All the technical, bulbs, batteries, fittings, fixings etc. All the niceties, plastic or melamine crockery, glasses, cutlery, salt n pepper etc, all the bbq stuff abd bbqs, tv aerials and bits etc, loo stuff, blue loo, dissolveable toilet paper, and so much more. . . And then the work shop down stairs, for bigger mechanical problems, or trim to caravan, towing, sooo much. Deffinately worth a visit, even just to look round! Can give you ideas and help you out in the process! And of couse they are friendly and helpful. And, i think you would not have to go anywhere else! Enjoy!

We have recently purchased a second hand caravan from Lowdhams, and from the very beginning all the staff, from the salesman to the dispatcher, the receptionist to the workshop manager, were pleasant, helpful and accommodating. The fly-screen door was broken beyond repair, so we ordered a new one and a short time later we were told a replacement was available and we booked it in. As we had to be on site by 9 am we were told we could stay overnight on their rally field (electric hookup, water and waste facilities were available). Whilst we were waiting for the repair we were treated to free complimentary tea and coffee. Lowdhams staff were at all times, pleasant and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend this Leisure Dealership to anyone.

Just purchased a new caravan from Lowdham's having previously owned a motorhome, purchased from them. Charlie the sales person was excellent with good service and advice, went beyond our expectations to assist us. The handover was performed by Shane who explained the "ins" and "outs" expertly with the offer of assistance at any point should we require it. The accessories team (Pete and Matt) were excellent, good service and advice on the purchase of items we did not already possess and required. Dean in the Awnings section went above and beyond, he was excellent. He talked us through our options on awnings (airbeam or poles) with no pressure on us to purchase and gave a complete explanation of benefits of the awnings we were considering. We finally settled on a brand with carbon fibre poles along with the ideal lighting solution. We are "happy campers", literally.
