My whole experience in getting a new car was brilliant, I phoned up to enquire about a vehicle and to get a valuation for mine and withing a few hours I had done a deal to part exchange mine and get a new smaller car. I live a good distance from Nottingham so would have been a lot of hassle for me to have to go to the branch to sort it out so mark who I delat with sorted it all over the phone for me. I called up on Monday and on Wednesday i was driving away in my new car and with minimal fuss. Definatley the quickest I have ever received a new car after purchasing one. Thanks Mark for sorting it so quickly for me and was ever so helpful and polite the whole way through the process. Everyone who I dealt with at the branch gave me great service and with a smile and I would highly recommend to anyone.

We spotted a car online, we rang the dealership to be told that somebody would call us back, nobody did. We then went via social media and sent a DM to the dealership. No Response, we went to their online chat and spoke to somebody called Hayley who told us that Nicola would call us back. 2 days later we received a call. We did the deal and purchased the car. REALLY pleased with the car. Its a first car for my daughter to learn to drive in and and is ideal. Due to covid she can't yet drive it, as she hasn't been able to start her lessons but we hope that she will be on the road soon. It was only when I used the car to make a trip that I noticed the parcel shelf was missing, we understand that buying a used car is different from buying new and that this was just one of those things, but we wanted to ensure that we were ordering the right part - where better than the dealership that we bought the car from! Except that we have been trying to get hold of them since the beginning of February, with no response. I have tried emailing the saleslady we were dealing with and have had no response, we have direct messaged Pentagon Nottingham on Facebook and have contacted Pentagon Customer Services. We have now given up and will buy direct from our local Vauxhall Dealership. I appreciate that we are in unprecedented times but you are either open for business or you are not. Really pleased with the car but disappointed in the customer experience.

Been a customer here for many years and they look after me. Emma M is an absolute diamond. The premises are spotless, the workshops are so clean and modern as well. Zafira B Recall. I've just taken my car in to have rectified a potential serious fire hazard recall. No courtesy car was offered and when i asked they flatly declined. The recall letter stated that I mustn't park my car near my house, but oddly didn't say i shouldn't drive it. Staff were not apologetic when I had to walk home from their premises and they were also less than effecient when booking me in. I will not be buying Vauxhall again.

I was looking for a mobility car and the people at the staff they help me out all the time they knew what car I was looking for before I even said so they looked at what I need not looking at the money they just looking at my needs not there's and if you are ex army and you need parts for your car and you've got an army discount card you can get 20% off parts which are things very good and very pleasant staff they will give you a drink when you arrive

Ordered new motability car from Pentagon after cancelling an order with Evans Halshaw due to poor service. What a difference in service. The car arrived a month earlier than our target delivery date. At all stages of the order we had constant feedback and information from our rep. It was a pleasure dealing with Pentagon. When we went to collect the car we was even given a choice of either a box of flowers or a bottle of wine for our custom courtesy of the manager. My only gripe was the car didn't have enough fuel to get to our filling station of choice. When we mentioned it on the follow-up call from the rep, we was offered to have £20 of fuel for our trouble. All in all I would highly rate Pentagon to my friends and family after the service I recived.
