I found the whole experience was good. It was very straight forward. No pressure or hassle from the sales team. Very happy with the car I purchased. I would recommend using these guys. The only issue I had was the locking nut key was missing. But was able to get a new key from the manufacturer pretty easily.

Bought a BMW X5 from R&K on an impulse buy. Took it for a test drive twice and instantly loved it. Traded in a decent 3 series towards it which we got a good price on. Drove the X5 home and it had problems. Spoke to Dan a couple of days later about it and thought I was going to get fobbed off. After a couple of weeks and a couple of garages the car came back to me fault free with a service I could only expect if I was buying a million pound car from Bentley. The whole process was brilliant. Dan kept us informed regarding our car and could not have been anymore politer if he tried. I will definitely use these guys again if they have something in I fancy. Genuine decent people, wasn't pushed into a sale and wasn't messed about.

I purchased a car from here yesterday it was absolutley immaculate for when I arrived and very well presented! All the cars are very well looked after here and a lot of care goes into them. Absolutely Fantastic! Best customer service we have ever experienced from a car dealership. Treated like a VIP. The unit is so bright and clean. The cars are well looked after. Greated by Daniel who is so bubbly, friendly and kind. Felt like I had known him years. Nothing is too much trouble, always there at the end of the phone if needed. Completely put my mind at ease after having bad experiences with other dealerships. If I could give more than 5 stars I really would, definitely recommend R and K autohouse to anyone and would definitely buy a car from them in the future without hesitation. Can't thank you enough!

Ive already posted one review via auto trader! Post one here too. Traded my Merc in for a beautiful Audi A6 S-line. Fab car and drives amazing. Bigger car too family wise which is what i needed. Staff are brilliant and VERY helpful. I was never pushed into buying a car. They let you go away and decide if you want to buy the car or not. Take you on a test drive and make you feel very comfy throughout. Boss also gave me some cleaning fluids for my new car which woz a lovely gesture so thankyou very much. Bought 2 cars from here now and will defo buy from here again in the future. Great company. Amazing fleet of cars and a very clean unit. Very professional. Thankyou guys for great experience as weve had a bad experience in the past with another car company!!!! If i could give 10 stars i would **********

You won’t find many garages prepping there cars like R&K Autohouse. All the vehicles are prepared to an amazing standard. It’s run by total car enthusiasts who love what they do. If you see a car you like it’s well worth a visit.
