Recently bought a car from here and had such amazing customer service from start to finish. Mr Gray and the manager there were so welcoming and helpful in helping find my new car. I travelled to Nottingham yesterday to go and see a Golf at another garage and did not get a good feeling about the car at all, as Volkswagen was only a mile away I thought I’d see what they had available. I was not disappointed David spent a good hour talking me through the options I had, showing me a few different cars even when I changed my mind and wanted to look at a Polo instead. Nothing was too much trouble. I didn’t feel pressured. I pick my new car up in a week!! Obviously I will update my review after owning the car for a few weeks but at the moment I am one very happy new Volkswagen owner.

Great Customer service and brilliant fault diagnostics and repair. The engineer diagnosing a tricky issue wasn't happy the problem had been fully resolved by the VW recommended repair. He then diagnosed a separate issue that was also wrong. Very pleased to have both issues fixed properly in the one visit and not have to go back again. Thanks!

Stopped over a couple of times to use the toilet facilities. Although the restaurant are all closed from about 10pm and the only store opened is WH SMITH. They do offer Costa coffee but from a machine and a variety of snacks from the store.

Really helpful service team- no quibbling....and car gets a good clean. We spent £15k on a second hand car from theirs in Jan and the suspension is now worn - despite very low mileage. They indicated that as we paid for a service plan, when we come in in December for our service they will mend this for no extra charge. If this happens I'll be really pleased as other garages would just tell you its wear and tear.

Edit (27/04/2021) - After being contacted by Richard (Head of Aftersales) a couple of days after this review was left I’m very pleased to be able to change my review to 5 stars. VVNS made the effort to get in contact with me, apologise personally and offer to make things right. They paid for the works needed to be done to the car in full and offered to help anytime. A really nice ending to a stressful time. Thank you to the team at VVNS and Richard in particular. PREVIOUS REVIEW NOW AMENDED, LEFT IN FOR CONTEXT: Absolute scammers. Purchased a car in October 2020 that was less than 2 years old. Within 6 months major work was needed to be done to the car to make it road-safe. Vertu Volkswagen Nottingham South - who sold me the car - refused to pay for any of the work on the car that they sold me. Of course it wouldn’t come under the warranty! They preach about their ‘142 point check’ for used cars but obviously this doesn’t happen otherwise how would they not have spotted both front brake pads being extremely worn down and dangerous to drive. Please - for the sake of your health - do not buy a car from this company. They would rather make a quick buck than make sure you drive away safely.

Brilliant service and sales team. Just bought my mother a new Polo and the staff were brilliant. My mum is a nervous driver and the salesman made her feel at ease and she just loves her new car. I usually really don't like buying cars from dealers, but Vertu Volkswagon were something else. Bought a brilliant used A3 last weekend, test drove on Saturday, picked the car up as new on Sunday, no fuss, all sorted and off in half an hour. Thanks to Taylor for a seamlessly smooth experience. Would definitely recommend...and the coffee isn't bad either.....

The Sales people were extremely helpful and when I found an issue with the car they sorted it out without any fuss and even gave me a little Christmas present from their accessories range (nothing too expensive but it's the thought that counts). In my limited experience they just have a better attitude here than at any other local German manufacturer dealerships. I would definitely use them again.

The team at Vertu in West Bridgford really are top class. My wife put her car in to have a problem checked over and the fault was identified and sorted with relative ease. I have since driven her car after it was fixed and it feels like a new vehicle. My wife and I usually use Halfords for servicing and MOT's but after the positive experience she had I decided to put my own car in for a service and MOT and was equally impressed. I work in senior management for a company that prides itself in customer service and I can honestly say its some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Ric and his team are a real credit for this organisation and are a breath of fresh air in their approach to making customers feel valued and looked after.

It's not often I take time out to write a review but on this occasion I am happy to recommend this dealer, first class service with friendly help in buying a car. As I was not able to view the car before my purchase an online video was really helpful, the description from the salesperson was honest with the tiniest imperfection described (and rectified on pickup). I wasn't wanting for anything on my purchase experience and if this is indicative of the usual service they provide I would happily go back again - it was a pleasant hassle free car purchase.

Had my scirocco service "while-I-wait". Staff friendly and helpful, nice free drinks. Didn't take too long and the video Walk round I was emailed was a nice touch. WiFi advertised as being "excellent" for people waiting. Definitly not the case, lots of services blocked so I actually couldn't work. No plugs reachable from the waiting area for laptops and seats /chairs not hugely comfy. Over £100 cheaper than rip-off merchants parkway though so I don't mind.
