Bought my car from them for less than 2k, awesome car, to begin with the main guy didn't have time to chat to me, which i thought was ok because he was so busy, but he apologised profusely for this. Then he had the car i chose cleaned inside and out and added a warranty because he considered it unacceptable that he didn't give me the time he felt i deserved...what a gent...a week after owning the car it developed a fault...not AVS fault...I contacted them to ask for help and they took the car no questions asked and sorted this electrical fault...i tried to offer him a tip for all the work that was done and he refused and told me to have a meal on him...he actually made me emotional because service like that is so rare. He is an absolute rare breed of a bloke and an awesome service from a top car sales garage, i will recommend him all day long. My son said and i quote "him there is a true muslim, kind, considerate, helpful and curtious" thank you for restoring my faith in humanity. Above and beyond.

Went there recently to look at a used car and dealt with Barry, the process was smooth and the car itself was in great condition. Never felt rushed or pressured into doing anything and everything was done at our pace everything we requested was done without issue and even local home delivery was offered because of our circumstances. First impressions were that the location was hidden rather well and without directions we may have missed it altogether, the location itself wasnt obvious even with the directions as the signage was where their old dealership used to be and the downsized office was hidden between some other automotive businesses. The location was smaller than expected but we found that it was because they had downsized the showroom due to covid and their usual location was much larger and would have been more like a dealership Overall we were pleased with the experience and would recommend anyone who is looking at a car from this vendor to consider it.
