I purchased a car for my son from this dealership and they provided us with a fantastic service from start to finish. Was a little sceptical with the £100 reserve at first as I’m a old school and not familiar with these new options but I gave it a go and it worked well. We went to see the car 6 days after reservation was made as it worked well with my timetable. Car was lovely and clean when we arrived a good in-depth information was provided including history records and we did a very extensive test drive. All in all a good job by Car Firm

Salesman called me this morning and discussed everything and i went over to view the van in the afternoon. Topped up my deposit didn't ask for payment up front which was good and collection mid week once fresh mot done. Nice easy transaction.

Bought a BMW from these guys 10 days ago, Dealt with a guy called Andy, straight forward deal with professionalism, car was valeted to a high standerd. drove the car home and a couple of days later had concerns about the front pads so decided to give them a call, spoke to aftersales who booked my car in the next day. checked my pads which were ok but a bit on the low side but nothing to worry about, however to give me peace of mind they put a new set on without hesitation. what great service. i can now enjoy my new motor without any worries. they even cleaned my car and said any problems just ring. thank you guys was a pleassure doing buisness with you and would recomend car firm all day long.

Impressive dealership and one of the best dealer visit and experience ive had here. Me and my partner came accross Car Firm when we went to see a car at another nearish dealer but that vehicle turned out to be no good. We called Car Firm on a short notice and they accomodated for our visit. We arrived at the dealership and immediately felt relaxed by the well mannered staff, all dressed smart, clean ac’d offices with clean rest room facility also offered us hot or cold drink. My finance provider advised it was fine to go and collect my new car but unsure how the process worked only to arrive at car firm to then understand the funds were not yet paid. Went to see vans at car firm. Saw they had several different models available and given they were all im a similar price category to my budget i decided to take the drive of 124 miles to them with my fitter. We got there and were amazed at how clean all the vans were as well as the cars they had. Andy was very decent and helpful. I can advise anyone looking to buy from this dealer they are in good hands. I agreed to buy my corsa by means of home delivery. I was given a personalised video of the car before making up my mind. I would like to share my personal experience at car firm, decided to purchase online without viewing the vehicle. I had a video presentation sent to me by a guy in the sales team, was explained thoroughly the details of the vehicle. I was given a delivery time and day, the drivers were on time and the vehicle was very clean. Saw an immaculate BMW 530d for sale at Carfirm. Customer Service was spot on was assuring from the get go. Initially took a £100 deposit from me and they clarified what the purpose for this was as it initially had doubts however, team advised it was a procedure in place to avoid disappointment should someone else try booking the vehicle for viewing so I had somewhat exclusive rights to the vehicle prior to inspecting the car for myself. Communication is brilliant. The vehicle itself, well I can say it was as listed and the guys there definitely know their stuff! Managed to make a settlement on a warranty as the previous car retailer prices were ridiculous. Highly recommended and also in a scenic environment wouldn’t mind visiting the RAF airbase which is also there!

My experience at car firm has been great, the guys at the dealership really went the extra mile. I visited the dealership to purchase a Audi A5, was not too sure if it was the right car when I got there as I have always owned BMW’s. I had test driven three cars and decided to go for a Mercedes c class, I have had the car for three weeks and absolutely love it. It’s such a cool car, thank you car firm for letting me drive so many, I am glad I chose the Mercedes. We had purchased a car from this showroom with an extended warranty, near enough to nine months later we had a warning light come on the car, we went to retreive our warranty documents to raise this with the warranty company but realised that we couldn’t find any of our documents following moving houses. Purchased a Citroen C4 Grand Picasso on 30/12/17. Shown car, but rear door lock had intermittent fault and refused to open correctly. Advised that valet team had broken it. Took for drive, all looked ok. Speaking to rep about lock, he advised that I get it fixed and he would refund. After taking car away, I found what was wrong and ordered part off web. Popping back to see rep 02/01/18, he agreed to reimburse. There was a 3-week delay in this process, but after speaking directly with one of the directors, we discussed an effective solution, followed by prompt refund. A faster response to such a small issue would have provided a 5 star review, but because of this delay, which is identified as a breakdown in communications within Car Firm, I will only give 3 stars.
