We came today to purchase our new car and the whole experience was brilliant. The staff were helpful and friendly, we would recommend anyone to come here when purchasing a car. The car was a good price and the service was excellent.

Bought a car from these guys at a fair price, one owner from new with full history and new mot. Travelled by train to collect car. Car was not washed on collection...bird muck over paintwork! Not very good attention to detail for a nearly £7 grand car! When inspecting car at home found front brake pads worn very low and damage to tyre sidewall? Dealer did refund cost of pads after phone call, but not interested in tyre - as car had passed new mot?

Average experience. Found a family car that I had wanted and enquired. Obviously, due to Covid, procedures are different from normal, which I can understand. However, communication is very, very poor, apart from when it came to me paying for the car, the emails and text messages couldn’t come quicker. Paid in advance, and got the train. They told me to let them know when I was nearby so that they could leave and pick me up without me having to wait around. Called them to say I had arrived at the station and ended up waiting for 15 minutes. Usually I wouldn’t mind, but when you’ve been told someone will be there ready and waiting, it is disappointing (over promised and under achieved). They picked me up in the car, and I drove it back. Have had no problems with the car YET (although it has developed a slight knocking noise from the back since, so I will have to investigate). Car had been cleaned and sanitised to a very high standard. However, car had little fuel in it and I had to put some fuel in. When you’re paying £5,000 for a car, I think a full tank of fuel should come as standard. Parcel shelf is missing and I KEEP asking about it and I keep getting swept under the rug, with excuses saying “some cars have them, some don’t”. Sorry, but when you pay that money for a car, you expect the parcel to be there. No apology, no offer to have one sent out to me or anything. I’m also STILL waiting for my 3 month warranty and receipt of purchase to be emailed to me. Anyone that is reading this and saying I’m impatient, I have left it a week after purchasing, before writing this review. Maybe I need to wait 3 months when the warranty runs out? Potential to be a very good car dealership. Just need to brush up on people skills and customer care. I’ve just given you a large amount of money, make me feel valued and appreciated at the least. Make me feel like I want to come back to you to purchase another car in the future. The car you sold me was worth the trip, so there’s every chance I’d make that trip again or recommend you. 3 star (generous)

Great service from the guys, purchased a Vauxhall Insignia, great value and hassle free. Had a slight issue with the A/C after a few days, dropped the car off to them and it was sorted within 24 hours.

After several experiences with other dealerships i can say this place has restored my faith within the used car industry, i found a car online they had advertised, and after a few emails i wanted to make sure this was the car for me as they are 200 miles from me, i was given a full virtual tour of the car via video call, i then left a holding deposit, upon arrival to the dealership i was impressed with the quality of stock they had, prior to collecting the car, they had valeted/sanitised, serviced and fuelled it aswell. I took out an extended warranty as im looking to keep the car long term. Great people to do business with, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I feel embarrassed in regards to my actions earlier and I would like to sincerely apologise to whoever it was I spoke to over the phone. This dealership is extremely helpful and professional please unlike myself do not mistake this company for the cow boys over at carzona. I bought a car from carzona it lasted 15 miles it broke down I had my family in the vehicle too. I quickly google searched carzona and called without checking the company, I was extremely frustrated and got abusive to the chap on the other end of the phone, I felt terribly embarrassed once I learnt I've called the wrong dealer. The staff member explained they get a lot of calls and complaints about the mentioned company because of this confusion. I explained everything of what had happened and I literally broke down on the A47 single carriage way with my kids in the car. The guy offered to collect me and my kids so we were safe. Luckily I had AA membership and forward travel so the car was sent back to the dealer it had a failed headgasket only god knows if we'll ever get a refund! On behalf of me and my family we'd like to say a massive thank you to you guys at carzone for your lovely gesture.

I had been searching high and low for over 6 months in order to find a 1 owner unmolested standard Subaru Impreza WRX. Previously I travelled to so many dealers across the country with every potential purchase the cars were falsely advertised. I was literally going to give up as I had wasted so much time and fuel! My partner found one advertised at CARZONE in Peterborough, it ticked all the boxes I live in Edinburgh as you can imagine I was pretty sceptical at first as the other cars I went to see at the other various dealers were a complete waste of time! So I called up the following day and spoke to the sales staff with the description I got it seemed like the perfect car I booked a viewing for the same day. Me and my wife set off from Edinburgh and got to Peterborough at around 6pm the staff kindly waited for us at the premises after business hours. The car was in an indoor showroom which was all lit up and it was exactly how it was described. I took the car for a test drive and fell in love with it instantly out of all the previous Subaru's I went to see this car by far was the best one. The chap at the dealership made the whole process nice and simple and I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone they were honest from the start to finish. It's well worth the visit, I can't thank you enough I'm extremely happy with my purchase!!!
