We purchased our Supercharged Range Rover from Clarks nearly 6 months ago. Clarks were extremely helpful and friendly and have an awful amount of knowledge with Land Rover’s. We were given plenty of time to view and test drive the vehicle with no pressure. We were able to negotiate a deal and drive away same day as car was prepared in advance. I really must thank all of the folks at Clarks Premier, for treating me as a valued customer. From chatting with Hayley and Ryan, to having a nice coffee with them too. Nothing was strained, contrived nor awkward, just good people looking after their customer - which is why I'll return when I replace my latest purchase, and recommend them to my friends too. The selection of 4x4's was impressive. So, with no issues at all, I test drove a Hyundai Santa Fe, then a Kia Sorento, which I subsequently bought. Not based on price, but on how the car fitted me (literally), the desire to tow a caravan, and accommodating wheelchairs etc. Superb. No one pressured me, and I was left to look around the vehicle(s) at my leisure too, which was a nice touch. I found the whole process to be both hassle and stress free - which is a huge compliment. My car had a subtle rattling noise coming from the engine bay, so I called the team and they organised a fix, there and then - even lending me a courtesy car to go home in, whilst the part was ordered and fitted (overnight). It was only an adjustment pulley and belt, now the car runs properly, so it's happy days... I mention this only to reassure buyers, not to discredit Clarks, as this dealer cares about their after-sales - which is refreshing! After the fix, I was also assured by Clarks, that any other issues that might crop up, just to ring them, and they'll be gad to help. This is very reassuring, and sets this dealer apart from the others. The 6 month warranty is nice too. The part exchange process was painless too. Unlike some, I was realistic about the value of my car. Long story cut short, is that I was happy enough with the deal - which is what matters the most. I care little for people coming to my house to test my patience, so Clarks was my preferred option. Lastly, I really appreciated the paperwork being taken care of online for me, at the point of sale - including the transfer of my private plate. I recommend this company to anyone...

I had spent some time looking for a particular Range Rover and came across some very difficult sales techniques on the way including hard sales, which put me off as I didn't feel comfortable with the information I was receiving from reps, However I noticed Clarks premier family car Centre in Yaxley and decided to make an appointment and go and have a look, from the first conversation on the phone the friendly Customer Service provided was superb and was good honest and reliable, I went to see the vehicle with my wife and we were given the keys and allowed to take as long as we needed, this was followed by a test drive and then again left to discuss our findings without interruption. we decided to go ahead with the purchase and was then given an excellent professional in-depth discussion about the vehicle and also it history. My wife saw a car there and we were showing an interest, the Rep asked her what mileage etc she done and he told her Not to buy it. Genuine Company / friendly Thanks for everything

I have just bought a Discovery 3 from Clarks Premier, and all I can say is that this is how car buying should be. When we arrived to view the car we were given the keys and left alone and were not approached again which was great. Gave us time and space to talk to each other without a sales man peering over our shoulder. And that set the tone, friendly, helpful, no pressure car sales - what a breath of fresh air! All work I asked for was done, they sorted the transfer of my number plates and all the paperwork. Fantastic! Thanks very much to Clarks Premier. just brought my BMW 530d m sport. and wow was very easy to deal with gave me a great deal on my px. let me take bmw for a nice long test drive and have good experince and knowledge of 4x4. as i was looking for either a bmw or volvo xc90. they gave me a good impresion they knew the pro and cons on either car! gave me 6 months warranty and helped with the sorting of road tax. nice clean site and made me feel welcome.no pushy sales. hope to have some great motoring in my new car. highly recomend.
