Got to say the team at First drove cars sales have been amazing with my hole buying experience. I went in on the 10-01-2022 to view a Land Rover freelander and when we arrived we was greeted professionally and then the salesman came over who I was talking to on the phone and introduced himself and then brought the car round and was exactly as described on auto trader. The car needed a couple bits for the M.O.T but they did everything they said and more no expense spared and used main dealer parts. During the time it's was being serviced and repaired and M.O.T'd there was a little bit of none communication and not returning calls but I understand they are busy and they have added a couple extras to apologise for this and even delivered the car to me. The last thing I have to say is if you see a car you want from them you will be very happy from start to finish and I will 100% be doing business with them in the future. Thank you again Shaz.

As a family we were very pleased with our purchase of the Picasso, the customer service was phenomenal. Everything went down smoothly and the best bit was that we were given a very good deal with our old car as a part exchange, wouldn’t think we would get so much for our old car but the guys looked after us and made sure we was getting a fair deal.The guys came all the way out to us to take our car away and drop off our Picasso.
